Anyway, have you ever noticed that FREE 6 weeks challenge advertisement in social media? Well, it's NOT FREE!!!  Nothing in life is free, you know that, right?! (being sarcastic here) What to expect with boot camp classes, especially with Fit Body Boot Camp....most classes are only 30 minutes.  Saaaay Whaaat?! Easy, huh.  NOPE, not at all.   The trainers are amazing and are very knowlegeable, so expect to do interval training, e.g. weights, high intensity, tabata, trx, ropes, etc......you name it.  You willl be huffing and puffing out of class, every single time. I started with a groupon deal over the summer, then the owner offered us to join the 6 weeks challeng program.  It's FREE only if you join the one year membership.  With some time to ponder over the commitment.  Yes - you can say no and walk away, buuuuut we decided to join..and you know why?!  This place is the bomb.  If you enjoy group training, workout with your gals and awesome music.............this place is for you.  There's so much more they offer here.  I love my Fit Body Boot Camp FAMILY! The reason why I joined was me, I want to be healthier .....yes, it's costly, BUT that doctor's visit in the near future will cost me a whole more.  I completed the 6 weeks challenge and I lost 8 pounds!  That's the most weight I've lost in years.  I have so much more energy and my body feels better. NOTE:  Please DO NOT sign any contract if you are not ready for a life change.  Ask for a free trial if you're unsure.  To be honest, gym memberhsip costs the same everywhere else especially if you want to see results.

First off it's 24 hrs, which is awesome if you have a wonky work schedule or don't want to feel pressured to go to a packed class at 5:30pm. The space is great and the equipment is all up to date and clean. I also find there is a great balance between a group setting and working out alone since there are coach led classes and virtual in studio classes. You can show up to a class, become a regular, and make friends or you can go at less popular times like 8pm on a Saturday night in July and workout with just a few people. Very welcoming and it seems to hit all workout levels. The heart rate monitors are also able to connect to separate app and I use mine with my peloton. Definitely recommend going to at least a few classes! It usually only takes one though.

I love this place! Energetic music, helpful instructors and scientifically crafted workout…read moreprograms! The workouts are challenging, and they rotate through Cardio, Agility and Strength and each week levels up. You workout while wearing a heart rate monitor and can see your heart rate on the screens. The cardio is done on bikes and rowers, and the resistance workout is split into traditional and functional. The traditional side has their version of dumbbells - nubells, and the functional side has racks with sandbags, TRX, and there's always some great challenging bodyweight movements mixed in there. A secret bonus of Eat the Frog...they have classes ALL THE TIME 24/7 ... so yeah everyone wants to go with the encouraging helpful instructors, but what if you're free at 2pm or 9pm or 4am...you can go! All members get a key fob and the virtual workouts play on the screen all day long! Each day includes virtual workouts for all types Cardio, Agility and Strength so you can snag whichever workout you want every day! There are always other challenges, programs and incentives going on. Plus, Marla really does a great job at creating a community. This gym looks similar to other corporate small group fitness places, but she gets to know her clients, reminds them of programs, and also benefits of the gym/program that might go unused! Pricing is competitive with other similar gyms, but I have tried a few others and I feel like I'm getting more value for my money here! They have a body scan scale you can get a membership that includes or buy a la carte to get a more accurate muscle, fat, water % with your weigh ins.

What keeps me coming to F3…read more is the variety of classes, the time they are offered, the quality of all the instructors , and I have never been bored. All the classes are fresh, challenging and fun. I have met a lot of nice people and formed friendships as a result. I look forward to going there all the time. Watch out becuase Keyle will kick your butt in the best of ways! Burpees, lap around the biz, and kettle belling, the works! Love their new spin bikes, as smooth as you can get. BYO spins shoes if that is what you prefer. This gym is pretty great because of all the options they offer. They even have a climbing rope and ladder climber. Looking for the best way to get your ass kicked... found it!

If you are anything like me, you might have hesitated to sign up for a package or extend one, not wanting to waste your money for another weight loss thing that brings mediocre or very little results. I still can't believe how hard this woman works to help me. Within a month of going to Cindy's sessions I signed up for a year package. Wow and am I seeing the results!! I wanted to write a review because here's 4 things I wish I understood from reading her reviews: 1. Cindy was not a personal friend of mine. (I was skeptical if the people writing the reviews were her friends, doing her a favor or were given some kind of discount) Not the case. I swear this woman can transform any sluggish stubborn overweight body. 2. To call Cindy just a fitness trainer is highly inaccurate. She is an absolute genius in this field!! Imagine a personal trainer, physical therapist, nutritional expert and private cooking instructor. I mean this is what she has been doing for me. A lot of reviews mention that she helps them with the timing of eating. But I think it should be mentioned that NUTRITION (what to eat - and by the way you cannot guess what it should be) is the secret and the foundation of her instruction. I don't have any cravings anymore and I definitely don't binge because I'm starving. 3. Her program is SUPER EASY and I can't believe simple efforts are getting HUGE results. Maybe I thought this would be boot camp and a restrictive diet. (Believe me I've tried all of those with disappointing results). Instead it has been eating WAY more food, NEVER having cravings, and painless exercise with very little investment of time. Totally sustainable!!! 4. Say goodbye to cellulite dimples, dents and saggy skin!!! I have lost 20 or more pounds on my own in the past, but my skin still looked lumpy on my butt and legs. I am blown away that this has gone away in the first few months of trying Cindy's method. OMGOODNESS thank you!!!!! :) Seriously, I wish I met Cindy 20 years ago and avoided much anxiety about weight loss and deteriorating health. In my 30's I hired nutritionists in California, Chicago and New York. That was super sad I wasted all that time and money flying around the country. I am blessed that I moved from the East Coast and ended up 5 minutes from this woman!!!!!! If you live anywhere in the vicinity, I wouldn't hesitate to go to her. She will HEAL your body and it will start releasing the fat. I am 50 years old now, but I am still getting unbelievable results. Even my weekly migraines and digestive complications have disappeared. Actually, that means far more to me than the weight loss.

I watch my 1-year-old granddaughter most of the week, and although she keeps me VERY active, I was at my heaviest weight. I couldn't figure out how this could be happening when I wasn't eating a copious amount of food, and I was constantly moving every day. I was always tired and my entire body ached ALL THE TIME! I had tried all the diets and exercise in the past but had never been to a personal trainer. I really had no idea what to expect. On the day I signed up she did an assessment and she pointed out all the things that were causing my issues. She told me if I stick to her plan, that would all change. I am here to tell anyone reading this, that she nailed it! Cindy is not only a personal trainer, but she is also a coach, a cheerleader, an expert in nutrition, sometimes a "therapist" and even offers occasional "comic relief" all of which made me more comfortable. Her gym is very clean, private, and spacious. The eating guide she gives and recipe ideas are amazingly simple and doable, even for the busiest of people. Her workouts and eating plan have made huge improvements in my strength, sleep, energy and my body aches have improved immensely. I am finishing my final week and have a little more weight to lose to hit my goal, but she has given me all the tools to continue this journey on my own. The one-on-one time has been invaluable! Thanks Cindy!
