The first time I came in, the owner was working and she did my eyebrows and upper lip. She did a PHENOMENAL job and I loved my eyebrows. I didn't have too much redness or cuts afterward either. However the next 3 times I came the girl in the second chair did my service and despite showing reference photos, describing exactly how i like my eyebrows and asking her to fix it/make it even multiple times I always left unhappy. The third time this happened I came back the next day and asked her to redo them bc they were super uneven. I paid for the "fix" even though I was still unhappy. I also noticed I would have a significant amount of cuts and burns on my face from the thread after going to her. Soon I learned that if I want my eyebrows to look good I have to go when the owner is in, so i started going Friday mornings only. Yesterday, I went in for a clean up and the owner was there but she sent me to the other girl instead. I gave her a FIFTH chance. I told her the owner does my eyebrows good. Showed her multiple pictures of the last time i came. She nodded as per usual and said she knew what to do. Again, my eyebrows were incredibly uneven, not the shape I wanted, and a little too thick. I honestly gave up on trying to give feedback for her to fix them, and left unhappy. I was not going to leave a review until I woke up this morning with an absurd amount of scabs and scrapes around my eyebrows. Not only do they look bad I also am in pain. Please, if you are going to have two people working make sure both give the same quality of service. If you are coming here for the first time and have a specific look you want for your brows I would recommend requesting the owner do your service until they get it together.

So she proceeded to do them all over while in her phone it hurt so bad way different then Yhe other times but I thought i just need to suck it up. It took her like a half hour which is the time of a touch up- she kept telling me to make sure i come back for The touch up and wehen I need to return by. A day or 2 later my eyebrows were bright red, swollen and hurt- i sent her pictures- she said oh that's normal. I told her that is not normal- she again reminded me to come in for the touch up- so when the date came i called her and told her I'm not coming in while there still red and swollen and i mean it was like someone drew in red pencil around and in my eyebrow. She said oh it will be Fine in 2 weeks and she gave me a date to return which I did she said its normal and proceeded to go over them i also got microblading and shading. There was no shading this time it hurt even worse I said I Cant do it. She was so rude could've cared less about me all she cared about was that I pay again when i didn't need to. A year later And I'm still suffering i get these boils and Pimples on my eyebrows and are so painful until they pop. I met her yesterday at a 5 year old's birthday, and she made every single kid so happy! When she was painting my son's face, she included him in picking each color for his design, and talked him though each of the steps she took, as well as her requests for him to to stay still, close his eyes, and so on. His face paint stayed in place for hours (I was surprised at how long it lasted) and rinsed right off in the tub. She doesn't just paint small things on kids cheeks, she does entire faces and all kinds of beautiful designs. She's is very talented! While I was speaking to her, I learned she also has an education in children's psychology. So she's very well qualified. I would absolutely recommend her. I rarely write reviews, but I was so impressed that I felt compelled to write one for her.
