The car is relatively new, and the paint and finish were in excellent condition prior to using this facility. I have used other car wash services in the past without encountering similar issues, which made this experience particularly disappointing. I contacted the business to express my concerns, and although they invited me to return for an inspection, I was ultimately informed that there was little they could do regarding the matter. I understand that unforeseen issues can occasionally occur; however, as someone who takes great care in maintaining my vehicle, it was frustrating to observe noticeable changes to the finish immediately after the wash. I will be including photos so that others may evaluate the situation for themselves before deciding to use this car wash, particularly those with newer vehicles or individuals who are especially attentive to preserving their paint and clear coat.

It was everywhere. I rushed over in full parent-survival mode, only to realize I didn't have the right payment method for the vacuum--just Apple Pay. Instead of shrugging me off, the staff immediately stepped in with kindness, patience, and genuine empathy. They worked with me through the chaos without making me feel embarrassed or rushed. In a world where great customer service seems to be disappearing, this team reminded me that there are still amazing people who truly care. They went above and beyond to help a stressed-out parent, and they turned what could have been a frustrating day into one that restored my faith in humanity (and saved my truck from permanently smelling like a dairy farm). The average person would not spot the difference. This is dishonest! 2. I had a Full-Service Platinum wash on 9/6/26 at 1:54 P.M. It seemed that the detailing went too quickly. When I got home, I saw that the exterior and interior windows were dirty, smeared and linty. I noticed that the male attendants were not using clean towels and window spray, and I should have questioned them and inspected the job much closer before leaving.

The staff seemed more focused on rushing through vehicles and collecting tips than on providing the quality cleaning and detailing they advertise. When I got my car back, the seats were not cleaned and passenger seat was still sticky, the interior had not been vacuumed properly, the center console was still dirty, leaves were left in the vehicle, and there was even bird droppings still on the roof, or tree sap, along with bugs still stuck on my grill. I had to repeatedly point out areas that had been missed and ask for them to be cleaned again. What was most frustrating was the response. When I asked for these issues to be corrected, several employees just stood around looking at me. Nobody seemed interested in taking ownership of the problem or fixing it. Eventually, I spoke with the manager, who was very quick to offer a refund. But that wasn't the point. I wasn't looking for my money back--I wanted the service that was advertised and that I had paid for. By offering money back was an infication they didnt care. I just wanted the service I paid for. Another issue is that they applied Armorall to parts of my vehicle without asking and without clearly advertising that they use it. Many car owners prefer to know exactly what products are being used on their vehicles and should be given that choice. Armorall was not mentioned or advertised. If you're in a hurry and just want a quick wash, this place may be adequate. But if you're expecting the attention to detail, quality, and professionalism they advertise, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Two stars because the manager at least offered a refund, I took a redo rather than a refund and paid a hefty tip at the end, but the actual quality of the work fell well short of expectations.
