Good bay time for the price, however the machine near the vacuums stole my tokens. And the light was not flashing indicating a sold out product. So that soured my experience here. Equipment here is outdated. The water pressure is good though. So that was probably the best thing about this place. No drying blowers. Kinda mid all around. Disappointed at the end. This carwash is always a solid place to wash your car. $5 lets you wash for as long as 20 minutes. For as long as I've been washing my cars here, I have never had a problem. The brushes always have firm bristles, and they are very generous with the soap. As far as the vacuum section, the vacuum has never let me down, but the foam brush has failed me a couple times. Sometimes the soap doesn't come out which can be a problem Overall, its a pretty good spot. I depend on this place to keep my car clean. read more

Self-serve is definitely the way to go for washing cars. It's the best deal and you only have yourself to blame if the job wasn't done well HAHA!! For the $5 wash you can pay by credit card inside your wash bay. You can also buy tokens outside the wash bay. You can also pay with quarters so if you have leftover tokens you can use quarters and tokens. A good amount of soap/wax comes out and you can clearly see it coming out so I was really happy with that. The place is well maintained and clean and everything is in good working order. I went on a foggy early Sunday morning and though the bays were all full, I didn't have to wait. By the time I got my tokens a bay was open. I hadn't washed my car all summer and got done with 3.5 minutes to spare. I was able to zoom in on all the bug splats with the high pressure wash and they all came out easily. I also used the foamy brush for extra soap and I think that helped. The only downside was the vacuums. $1 was only time to do half the car and I have a tiny Prius! Also, the vacuum suction was really weak and it didn't vacuum up everything so I had to finish up at home with the shop vac. That said, there are plenty of vacuum bays so you can dry off your car and detail it there if no one is waiting. read more

Not all cities have business like these and there are 2 in Vallejo. Now i haven't been to the other one in over a decade but I will say watch out for vacuum choice because not all of them work at all times. Make sure you got 2$ now for one vacuum session as that price i do believe used to be at 1$ or 1.50. They do not give change here either. Nice clean car wash. Very strong water pressure. When using soap and wax, you can tell there is an adequate amount of them added to the water stream. You can use a credit card in the stall to purchase the $5/20-minute option. Vacuum was clean and had strong suction. Vacuum costs $2 for 6 minutes OR $2 for 4 minutes of vacuum + hot foam carpet scrub brush. read more

My poor car was in need of a wash. And I needed a W-A-S-H. Came here because I know the prices are not that bad for self-service. For $5, you get 20 minutes of Rinse; Hot Wax; High Pressure Rinse; Soap Rinse; Bubble Scrub; and Wheel & Tire Wash. I was having a lovely time just cleaning the hell out of my car. There are about 10 stations for $1 vacuuming stations that include wet, dry and scent vacuum. Then there are jumbo shammy (aka VERY cheap brand); wet towels; and Arm & Hammer wipes all for $1, as well. I could of spent all day there, but there is a catch. The timers are limited, the scent spray is limited, and yes the quality of the wipes are cheap (remember they are a $1/each). Yet, my car is sparkling oh so pretty. Long time reader, first time poster. I was so impressed with this place that I felt compelled to finally write a review. I went to 7 Flags for the first time today. For a pay-and-spray, it's really good. You get 3.5 minutes of high-pressure soap and water for $2. You can't beat that. I didn't use a vacuum this time, but I can say that there are plenty of them. And the location is fine. It's not far from I-80. I live in Crockett and I plan to stop here each time I make a Costco run. I used to drive clear out to Pinole to wash my car, so this will save me a lot of time and money in the long run. Speaking of locations, I can't believe this place is in Vallejo. I wasn't accosted by a single meth-head panhandler, and I didn't have to endure any ghetto wagons blaring hip hop garbage at full volume . . . read more

This is the best coin-op car wash I've ever used. The brush was clean, it dispenses tinted soaps so you can tell what's coming out of the nozzle, and you get a full 20 minutes for $5.00. The only glitch was that one of the token machines didn't want my money. The other one was in better humor. So it is. The important part is that the important parts are well maintained. I have been getting my car washed here for a while, and have a monthly unlimited sticker in my windshield. This car wash is usually pretty busy but they do their best to keep it moving. It helps that the staff is always friendly, always with a genuine smile and pleasant demeanor. Jordan always shows an enthusiastic smile to everyone and you can tell that he is a real people person and enjoys helping others and making their day a little brighter. Even though the area is sketchy the car wash is nice. It's really clean and everyone is just there to tcb. The vacuums work really well $1for 2 min and for an extra $1 you can have a scent bomb. I went in last week HORRIBLE! My truck was half done. Yes. Two tires, dash was not dusted. The tires (2) were sprayed with something I was told to get my truck I asked them if I can dry the crap on my wheels. ( no idea what I was saying) drove off and the crap got all over the truck.
