She answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. I ended up signing up for treatment that day, I believe it was a Thursday and I had an appointment for my first treatment that next Saturday. Now I've only been twice, not including my consultation, but this place is amazing. The staff is so incredibly friendly and very professional. I felt right at home every time I've been there. Getting an appointment is super easy. I loved it so much the last time I was there I added another area to be treated. They also have this wonderful financing option. You open an account through ally and can pay no interest for two years. After my first two treatments I can already tell a huge difference. Can't believe I didn't do this sooner. This feels misleading and unfair to customers who receive gift certificates in good faith. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing or gifting certificates from CaloSpa unless all expiration terms are clearly disclosed in writing.
