This feels misleading and unfair to customers who receive gift certificates in good faith. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing or gifting certificates from CaloSpa unless all expiration terms are clearly disclosed in writing.

The ladies who actually perform the laser work are really nice, but their front desk person should take some classes on how to treat clients.
