They made the commitment, requested an install on a Sunday and we accommodated of course and the end product is amazing! We found one issue with the install and they came out today to look at how to resolve and they are resolving that tomorrow. Their workers rarely showed up and didn't stay long. It was summer, so I understand getting hot but they would go for days without showing up again. The managers kept making promises and not delivering. It took over 3 months and they didn't even finish the job. I had to finish it myself. To be fair, they did kick in about $400 dollars worth of work but the job was over $8000! It was not worth it. Avoid these guys, unless you want to take too long, pay too much and finish the work yourself!
