Plus very spacious suite, spotlessly clean, very top-grade appointments and amenities, fabulous shower, and beautiful art work. Cherie was attentive to details and gracious answering questions including my request for a flower arrangement upon arrival (the arrangement was stunning) and Duane who met us and helped with our luggage and answered questions couldn't have been more accommodating. The Suite.....all I can say is WOW! It looked beautiful in the photos however in person is beyond words. Additionally virtually every need down to charging cables and book reading lights are in the room. We will definitly be back!!!

We purchased a one of a kind Art Deco cabinet in the UK for our new 1900s home in Medford and had…read moreit shipped over. It has very distinctive curved doors with inset stained glass panels and unfortunately, in the shipping process, these were damaged. A little nervously, because we were new to the area and didn't know anybody and only based on online reviews, we took them into Neoglassic. Andy, the owner and lead designer, was amazing in being able to re-craft the glass panels to look like the originals. The care that he took in his fabrication and design and the detail that he noticed and replicated, matching the curve of the glass panel to an imperfect bump in the slot of the door was incredible, truly that of a master artisan. If you need custom glass work, go see Andy, you won't be disappointed, he is extremely talented and a perfectionist! And as life long collectors of unique antique pieces, we know a little about artisans and restoration, Andy is as good as any glass expert you will find in the large metro centers, we are so lucky to have him in Medford!
