I was so excited to come here for an appointment, this was my second time trying on dresses. Unfortunately, it was not what I had hoped for. I felt very rushed and did not feel like I was given the time to look at each dress on me and think about how it felt or even have time to talk to my family about it. I feel like the small details of this experience were lackluster - for example having the train fluffed out with each dress. The total time for the appt was 40 mins - I tried on 5-6 dresses. Look no further! Lighthouse Bridal is a 15/10 experience. Here's why. My first bridal shop was Lighthouse Bridal. I was SO nervous but the owner, Megan, was so comforting. It felt like we'd been friends for 15 years. Not only does Megan have an eye for the best styles (on you) but she's also such a positive experience curator. Megan wrote down the styles we liked and told me to come back or call her when I was ready to say yes. The appointment with Lighthouse Bridal went so well that I canceled my other appointment with a big Miami shop later that day because I didn't want to ruin the fantastic mood I was in. Later that week, I went to a big Boca shop and couldn't have had a worse experience. The Manager helping me was speaking ill of another bride; she was someone who made me feel like I was truly getting undressed in front of a stranger. The woman wouldn't even write down the styles we liked best as I was getting pressured to put a deposit down 11 months before my wedding date. TOTAL OPPOSITE experience of Lighthouse Bridal. The bigger shops are not always the best ones, ladies. Go to Lighthouse Bridal, you will not regret it.
