So for this reviews reference, I am a new driver and I don't often wash my own car by myself.(a little embarrassing ) I ran out of time with my cash when I was washing my car . I gave up on trying to figure out the card situation and I said screw it and parked in the Dollar tree across the street and use these big water bottles. I had in my car and started pouring them on my car. This is the background of my review . I guess the owner walked outside and saw me a teenager girl (last year of being a teen ) pour water on my soapy car with my water bottles and saw me and came up and told me that he was going to pay for me to get my cat rinsed and washed on the house . He was so sweet . The owner is so kind . I felt so bad but that made my day . I learned my lesson about always making sure I have enough cash on me to finish washing my car . My husband and I use this carwash often. We have never had a bad experience and we always visit at times when it isn't too busy. The equipment typically works although we have hesrd others complain otherwise. We never experienced issues. It is local and always open so no complaints from us! read more

We had a membership to a car wash similar to this one in Elkridge when we lived out there. I loved it, but my biggest complaint was that sometimes it wasn't really clean. I mean you expect to see the little dust lines still on your windshield and such. But you don't expect to still be able to see where the mud was splashed on your car. Over the weekend I was out Pokémon hunting and I got bombed by geese. Goose poop all over my hood and windshield. Today was the first chance I had to find a car wash and i saw this one on yelp. It didn't have the best reviews but I wanted to see for myself since it isn't terribly far from where I live now. I used the no-touch wash and much to my surprise all of the good poop, road dirt, and mud was gone. It looks clean, I'm very pleased and will definitely be returning. Just so you know... It doesn't look staffed, because I went by there at about 11am and I didn't see anyone and you don't get that pre-scrub before going through the soft touch like my old place, but I think I'll still get a membership. Sure beats $12 every time I need a wash. read more

I paid $18 for there best wash and it sprayed one lap around the truck with soap then one lap rinse. I got none of the additional services stated on there screen. I've been trying to get ahold of them with no luck. I'm sure they know somethings going on b/c the truck in front of me got the same skimpy service. Unfortunately there is no car wash near my house. While running errands I saw this touchless car wash and decided to give it a try. There are 3 options with the most expensive being nearly $20. The dryer at the end doesn't dry off vehicles leaving you with no option but to dry it off afterwards. The vacuum is not complementary, $1.25 for a few minutes. The time wasn't enough to vacuum my entire car. It's possible to complete the vacuuming if going really fast.... inconvenient. The water pressure was not enough to remove bugs from the front of my car. read more

This place is nicest cleanest self carwash station i have ever been. Well maintain, clean, well lite facility. I had trouble understanding how to use the self foaming broom, a nice gentlemen came out and show me how it supposed to work. He can tell that i had a hard time doing it my self. He even treated me couple of tokens with a smile. Thats how customer service is supposed to be! As a first time customer, i was impress with the place. The hoses even nicely hung. Trash can empty not over flowing. Forgot the mention i felt super safe. And the vacuum machine actually vacs really really good! Next time i will use the automatic car wash. Good news, it is touch less! And 24 hours. I probably will stop by McDonald's grab myself a meal and then take it thru the auto car wash. How do they do it? I don't know they just do it. I took my mini van to the car wash last weekend, because the other one that I had been using was getting bad with not taking the coins and the vacuums were broke it missing the hoses. This place has lots of bays to wash you vehicle and not like the other one I went to that only had 3. The laser car wash is great for getting off the mud BIG TIME. I came back again one evening and this place is well lit up at night. This will be my choice to come for a clean car. read more

The automatic lanes are not maintained, you pay for a package and you do not get wax or the soap does not dispense (like the containers are empty). This has happened to me the last three times, quality has goin down. I was excited about the touch free car wash but unfortunately it didn't do very good job. Our truck was still as dirty after running it through the car wash as it was before. I was at the car wash about 2 weeks ago, and they place was really crowded. I usually wash the car on my own, but this time I decided to give the laser wash a try. WOW it really does get that car cleaner and a lot less sweat doing it manually with the brush. Its def worth the money for this. I've been to some other car washes location and they are just not up date on equipment. The place is very cleans and so are the grounds. The car wash doesn't do a good job hitting the whole exterior of your car and does a terrible job of rinsing. Don't waste your money.

We have brought our truck and car here several times and its always a fail! You pay more here and get less of a wash than you do at a cheaper facility. The last time we were here the soap wasnt even coming out of the dispenser properly, instead of it being sprayed all of the truck, it oozed out of the side of the machine, down onto the floor. Never again. We are finished here. read more
