They needed to get supplies and I didn't think I'd be able to afford the new price of repair so we planned on scheduling for a future visit. However, soon after they left I realized I could afford it and went ahead with scheduling the repair. They managed to come right back out that same evening to complete it. It ended up needing a slip riser installed which will prevent this issue from happening again. He also tidied up the mess of cables left behind from various things by the previous homeowner. What's most important to me when choosing services like this is personability and trustworthiness. If I get that salesman-type vibe I choose someone else regardless of price. To all San Antonio residents-…read more Do NOT use Mr. Sparky (electricians) ‼‼ I will try to keep this brief. 1) Mr. Sparky- Came out to replace an $80 breaker in main breaker box. First electrician replaced 3 outlets and one switch. Never checked the circuit beaker in the main breaker box. Seven days later the lights went off again. Offered us 5 payment options- Platinum, Gold, Silver, Tin, and Bandaid (which I felt was derogatory). Platinum= $65,000, but he was quick to add that that price including a whole home generator. I am NOT joking. $65,000 to rewire the entire house. We selected the Bandaid- $994. Second electrician came out. Checked and replaced burned circuit breaker in main breaker. Problem solved of some lights going off in house. Bandaid= $500; We elected to have him install a whole home surge protector= $550. So $2,044 to replace 3 outlets, 1 switch (both of which we did not need), 1 circuit breaker, and 1 surge protector. And five calls to talk to a supervisor before he returned my call. And the first electrician flirted with my wife and talked politics.

It only took a few hours and he had gotten them on all of the cabinets. He had made a template to help ensure they were installed correctly. He did make one mistake during installation and drilled the wrong side of one of the cabinet doors. He filled the holes and I have since had it painted over. Despite using the template the handles are not even as you look at them. Several are off slightly and hard for most to see but there is a few of them that are off and they easily stand out. I wasn't impressed with the work and would not go back for any additional items.
