I ordered a fuel pump. It never arrived . Ups messed up the shipping information. After two weeks , I contacted Lighthouse. They assured me they would reach out to UPS and when the item arrived back to the warehouse they would credit my card. I told them I would reorder in spring. When I called to reorder, I checked to see they refunded me. To my surprise Lighthouse only returned 98.00 of a 259.00 dollar charge. They came back to tell me that they charged me for the return even though I never received the pump. They offered it up as it was my fault. VERY, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not order any parts from these crooks! They do not have a return policy!!!! They sent the wrong part and will not take it back. They also sent cheap after market parts unlike what was shown in the example photo of there add showing the part. Junk!!! When you buy a part for a boat you are trusting that it will be safe for you and your family!!!! Also on the phone they talk to you as is you are some kind of servent to there personal abuse service. Needed a battery for a Waverunner. Keep in mind it's not your typical machine, its modified & race tuned. Like 0-70mph in 4 seconds kinda fast......Needless to say I take care of my toy. On their website they advertise "DEKA" brand batteries. Ok, so I googled them and they had good reviews. So I went there and got a one. Only problem is when I got home and actually looked at it, it was a "BLUE JACKET" brand ?? Hmm, Googled again and got 0, yes, thats ZERO results in the Google search. I've never seen zero results in a Google search before. When I contacted them I was told, and this is a direct quote,"Rest assured , trust me its DEKA built just with our logo on it." I actually chuckled a bit. Trust you?? Yeah, ok....LMAO!!! Sooo heres the best part!! Upon returning the battery I was treated with a less than favorable condescending attitude. Went back and forth a bit with the guy who sold it to me, possibly the owner because he stated it was "His" brand. Yay for him, lol. Stated that I wouldn't feel comfortable trusting something that got zero results in a google search, and was promptly told and I quote again, "Well maybe thats your problem?!?"
