Background music is kept at a decent level for conversations until the birthday crew comes out dancing and singing dressed with samba sleeves when the Mexican mariachi birthday song (Las Mañanitas) announces it's time to celebrate someone's birthday. Muelle 37 is an authentic Mexican seafood restaurant with an extensive menu that also includes some carne asada, a few antojitos, a children's menu, desserts, and a full bar.
