We went to Arturo's Bar and Grill at 9:30pm, just 30 minutes before they closed. Even though it was late, we had a really great dinner! Sometimes when you go to a restaurant close to closing time, the staff seems tired or they say they're out of something you want. But not at Arturo's! When we walked in, the host smiled and was happy to see us. He got us a table fast. Our server was super nice and didn't rush us at all. Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome. We ordered fajita tacos, lunches, and tortilla soup. Everything tasted amazing! The manager even came by twice to check on us and told us to take our time. Our server also said we didn't need to rush and was very helpful. The food was great and the service was awesome. We'll for sure be coming back! read more

Great service and reasonably priced Tex-Mex food. Ample servings. I've tried many different items on the menu and so far the only thing I don't like is chili reneo. The batter is mushie and the pepper is under cooked. You won't go wrong ordering anything else on the menu. They have a full bar and make good margaritas. read more

This is the worst Mexican Restaurants I have been to. The enchiladas verde sauce and beans were made straight from a can. The tortilla soup "bowl" is only a little bigger than the tiny salsa cup, it was super salty and had a strange aftertaste. The rice was bland. The guacamole pico had a weird taste to it too, almost fishy. The table salsa was watery and bland. The best thing I had was a semi crispy onion ring from another plate. The food is great but the night we were the team had sat too many people. Nothing had arrived after half an hour, so we requested our order to go. When we got home we realized they hadn't included an part of our order they had charged us for. Submitting this in the hopes management sees it and makes an adjustment for busy nights. read more

Service was the best I've had in a restaurant in a very long time. We also loved the lovely, relaxed but upscale decor. We loved the warm salsa served with their nachos, and our steak and chicken meals were delicious. We're not in the area for long, but hope to return. read more

The person on the phone is rude and in a hurry to hang up the call. Not much help in regards to information or questions. Ceviche was not good and the waiters took a long time to come back to the table. Our group still enjoyed getting together so I am willing to give it another try. Went into the lounge area ordered munchies to go they had a juke box playing so I decided to put a few songs in. Asked for the WiFi password since they offer it and wouldn't you know both the waiter gave us a bogus password and the manager conveniently forgot it Had two drinks put money in the juke box and they shut it off. Asked the manager what happened and he mumbled something about having common courtesy since they were closed and that he had extended the closing time for us. I apologized for not knowing they closed early but pointed out the sign said they close at 11 and it wasn't near 11 yet! A great manger/host should keep his signs posted clearly and not treat customers like their a nuisance Don't like your job...time to change! I was in town visiting my mother and decided to have dinner here. We were there early (5pm) and they seated us near the bar. They were playing W.A.P. very loud. I can not believe that a dining establishment would play music with lunch foul language. I wish I would have just left then. I asked the manager to turn it down or choose something less offensive but he seemed more concerned about the people at the bar enjoying themselves than the people in the restaurant. read more

First time here. I made it just ahead of the lunch crowd. Staff were friendly and courteous. I ordered a simple lunch of soup and a sandwich or lonches. I was served a small tortilla soup with melted cheese and tortilla strips with 2 small lonches. One word-delicious! The sandwiches or lonches were made with a thin bread, seasoned ground meat, lettuce, tomatoes, sliced avocado and queso fresco. The bread was thin enough to not be too filling and the avocado and queso were fresh toppings. The soup was served hot and tasted homemade. I gave four stars because I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will be back again to try their specialty dishes. read more
