If I could rate this company 0 stars, I would. Their website truly misrepresented what I ended up…read morerenting. The 6ft wooden tables and cocktail-tables looked beautiful online and when I had my brother pickup the items, and set up for my baby shower, I was horrified to see that the tables were OLD, chipping, and dirty! I had to spend more money on buying linen to hide them! Per their website, "...offers high-end, quality rentals at affordable, competitive prices. All our linens are manufactured in the USA and our tables and chairs are made of high-quality materials for a better look and more durability." This was false advertising if I've ever seen one. The entire experience was terrible and their customer service representative was dismissive. Their drop off policy is not stated on their website so we had to find out that drop off was between 2:30pm to 4:30pm AFTER the deposit was charged and had no way of canceling (reservation was booked less than a week before the event) . Who has that specific window of time to drop off on a weekday?! By the way you cannot make any modifications to your reservation or cancel under a week of pickup/delivery without incurring a charge. I also found this the hard way. Again, do yourselves a favor and go with another local vendor! I have trusted A Rental Connection in Moorpark for years, but I thought to give these vendors a try... never again.

The Party Pros crew picked up everything Tuesday. They were reasonably priced, efficient with delivey and pickup, and because we assembled the dance floor ourselves, they waived the set up fee. However, when we picked up the order two days before our event, many of the chairs were wobbly and noticeably worn. My father, who handled the pickup, even requested replacements for several that were particularly unstable. While some wear is expected with rentals, I did anticipate the premium-style chairs to be in better condition. We had planned to double the cushions for additional seat height, which is why we ordered 24. Unfortunately, the cushions we received were marked up, came in two different styles with different ties, and when my father brought the order home, there were only 12 in the pickup. We even called around for alternatives, but this style of chair typically uses a Velcro-attached cushion, so outside options weren't compatible. We returned to the store to pick up the missing cushions, and thankfully we were able to exchange the mismatched ones for 24 matching burgundy cushions in much better condition. My mother mentioned that Darren was very helpful in resolving the issue with the seat pads, and we SO appreciated the effort to make things right! In the end, everything worked out, but the process was a bit stressful, and we did expect a higher quality product and smoother experience from a rental company.

They provided a quote quickly, and I was very happy to see how reasonably priced they were! On the day of the party, they arrived on time exactly as scheduled, and they setup the tables, chairs, and linens for us. Then, after the party they arrived on time exactly as scheduled again. A lot of other party rental companies prefer to just drop off the equipment the day before or the morning of the event and then pickup that evening or the next morning. 5 Brothers dropped off right when we needed them to before the party and right after the party, so we didn't have to deal with worrying about equipment sitting around the parking lot before or after our party. I will definitely use 5 Brothers for my next party!
