If you have a truck it's not worth going if you have a leaf in the back of your truck they will not let you through the car wash car wash has very hard water will leave all your windows spotted if you don't dry off immediately. This car wash has really been ramping up lately with the staff! They are all very polite and helpful, and while the wash is busy, the wait isn't long. We have two monthly memberships for both our vehicles and feel it's a very good value. Plus, did I mention how nice the staff is? I went to this location on Wednesday to get my car washed, I pass it whenever I go to the interstate and since I didn't have the time to do an at home wash I figured I'd spend a little money for the convenience. 1st: there is an area to "scrub" bugs from your car to make the car wash work better. The water was making my car DIRTIER. However they were very busy so I assumed they just hadn't had time to clean it, but right then is when I should have left. 2nd: I picked out my wash (I opted for their most expensive one as I wanted to ensure it would be close to as clean as I make it) and then had to argue with the guy who was pressing buttons on a screen for me about why I didn't want to join their membership before he finally threw my card at me and told me to pull forward. It wasn't until I was in the car wash I realized I hadn't gotten a receipt from him which should automatically be handed. 3rd: my car is still dirty, not just in nooks and crannies but on the hood, trunk, etc. Stuff that when I arrived home yesterday my GARDEN HOSE took off before applying any soap. To further add icing onto the cake the guy who I worked with put at least 2 pieces of tape on my car that weren't even removed by their washing equipment even though 70% of the strip of tape wasn't attached to my car. The owner doesn't care about it's customers and would be much happier to assume that their customers are idiots than taking complaints seriously read more

We really liked the deal for signing up monthly. The car wash attendant is always out there to help if any problems. The setup process is easy and the wash was good. We are satisfied but the smell of the water is pretty bad. We are hoping it's just temporary. read more

The owner is an unethical man! I was the passenger going through the car wash. Told the owner the brushes did not touch the passenger side of the car. The brushes also pushed the drivers side of the car, we were startled by it. When we went to use the air hose to dry, saw that the driver side panel light got broken. Talked to the owner to tell him what happened. Owner had my husband call to find out how much it would cost to replace. Said he'd be willing to work with us. This all happened outside by the air hoses used to dry car. They went inside and he accused my husband of pointing his finger and talking loudly to him. Of course he was talking loud, sprayers and vacuuming was happening all around us but never pointed his finger at him. My husband referred to him as Sir, where owner wouldn't even show that respect. Once inside, with another customer in there and an employee, owner denied telling my husband to call to find out cost to replace and called my husband a liar! Because our car is a Jaguar and over 10 years old in immaculate condition, he said he'd work with us. Then inside he said he'd prefer we didn't bring it through. We signed up when they first opened. There are plenty of other car washes in the Venice area, Tommy's is opening soon. Canceled our account for both of our vehicles. Sadly this man accused us and would not own up to what he said once inside the office. read more

Excellent car wash but... Patrons beware! Canceled my monthly contract on May 18, in person, before leaving on a 3 month vacation. Employee said he would handle it after I gave him my name and my FL license was recognized at the kiosk. When I returned on Aug 9, I discovered it wasn't canceled or suspended. Basically $141.87 for my single car wash on the 9th. (Spent $639.67 for 2 cars since October 2020). Owner said it was MY FAULT for not entering the office or phoning to cancel. Although he could see that I hadn't been in for 12 weeks I was only offered a one month credit which I rejected. Why isn't the owner upset with people who bypass his business rather than punishing and insulting those who are regular customers? Taking my business to his competitors where I'll be welcomed! read more

Non consistent. Angry manager We have monthly unlimited car washes for both vehicles. Went in today to wash my car. The soap rinse was at half. The blow dryers and the cloth spinners weren't working except side ones. Drove around to let them know it wasn't working a manager with gray hair came over and asked me what was wrong. I told him I wanted to go through again because it was only half working. He told me No you can only go through once a day. I'm looking at the sign saying unlimited. But I explained to him why I wanted to go through again my car was still dirty. He became angry. I was upset. I told him I am paying monthly for a fully working car wash. I asked how long it hadn't been working he said five days they were fixing it on Saturday. I looked around no decreased payment for a car wash only half working. I thought that odd as Saturday is their busiest day. I said you do know I'm a customer. I have a legitimate right to complain that I did not get their normal wash. He stated at me like very angry. I said why are you so angry. I haven't raised my voice I was asking because I'm paying for a service. Anyway. I decided wasn't worth going there where they don't care about their customers. My husband and I will go in tomorrow to cancel our memberships. This place is brand new. Just started out friendly and Wow not so nice now. read more
