I guess I visited at the right time, the staff received some additional training or the customer was just an @$$. They responded faster than my wife texts back when I forget to take the trash out. The team was professional, friendly, and didn't mind my "super helpful" commentary from the driveway (which in hindsight, was probably not that helpful). There are other companies out there who sell the same products and who are reputable.
