I was greeted when I walked in and directed to the ceiling fans which was the purpose of my visit. Picked out a Savoy House brand and as I was waiting for the paperwork I was asked by 2 others staff member if I needed any help. You have to pick up your purchase around the back where the warehouse is located. One of the staff brought the ceiling fan out to my vehicle and loaded for me. I guess I visited at the right time, the staff received some additional training or the customer was just an @$$. My only criticism was that many of the ceiling fans I liked on display was on back order otherwise they would had gotten 5 stars.

I went to Ewing with pictures of what I was doing and Terry Flynn helped me calculate what I needed, walked me around the shop, picked it out for me, rang it up and the total bill was $57.28 Even if my time cost me a hundred bucks an hour to dig the trench and make the connections, I figure I saved about $1,500 thanks to Ewing and their Service Pro - Terry Flynn. I recommend Ace Hardware across the street. Why!?! Warranty repair has no diagnostic fee, and if there is a fee, it's applied to the cost of the repair.
