I was particularly impressed by the tile work and paint job in the laundry room. I am very critical of paint jobs, and I was pleased that I didn't have to redo anything due to sloppiness. The kitchen cabinets were stock cabinets and were pretty much installed in a few days. Zeus was also accommodating to some last minute additions. All in all, I am very pleased and if we have anything else to do in the house, I'm calling them. I wish I had pictures, but we need to do some tidying up still before that happens.

So we asked to get a shower done with glass doors. I figured if I'm gonna have a beautiful shower, I would like to have glass doors and showcase their work. So they come in to work, and as expected, they ran into an issue. There was a pipe there so they gave us options. To raise it An additional 6 inches or keep it where it is and shorten the shower and add in built in shelf. Because this is for my grandfather in law, who already has a hard time moving around, we asked to keep it where it was, So it's easier for him to get in and out. When he just began explaining to my grandfather in law, I had came over And told him I should've been here and can he re-explain all the options. Not one time did he tell me (The homeowner) That the doors will not be added if we went with the option to keep it where it is. When it was finished, the guy told me if we wanted glass doors we will need to hire someone else. They ended up leaving two of the glass doors and leaving a box of the shelves In my home. I called to see what can be done and to notify them And come to find out they don't even have the correct last name. The gentleman took my grandfather in-laws ID, and to put the last name wrong when you have our ID and you've been calling him by the correct last name is beyond me. Then the lady told me that they are not going to discriminate just because he's an older and a forgetful gentleman and that even though that I asked for the all the options it doesn't matter because they began to tell my grandfather in law. (I never even asked for them to discriminate or anything, my point was I asked to go over all the options and it wasn't mentioned) I felt like they did nothing to try and fix the issue or really acknowledge what the issue was from my perspective, and now I have to hire another company to put up glass doors smh I'm big on customer service, and it wasn't there for me. The work is nice that doesn't do me good if nothing is properly communicated and I didn't get what I wanted

However the wrong countertop was delivered the day of my second install date. Not sure how the wrong countertop was cutt when I went there and selected the one I wanted. Secondly the cutt made to my pipes for the sink to fit was cutt too deep, I had to go yet another day without a sink because the plumber needed to do additional work due to the cutt. But hey it's not their problem because they're not plumbers. Between my sink being cracked mysteriously, the wrong countertop being delivered and my pipes being cutt too deep. And for all that no discount on the cost. It's safe to say I will not recommend this company. Apparently they are careless on small jobs. That's the taste left in my mouth by this experience.

To think that I now own and able to use these stilted shelves that triple the use of a storage unit, makes me happy. Very reasonable price even in this age of inflation and increased lumber cost. This company has shown that they have no integrity and no desire to assist their customers once they have your money. I have been blown off for weeks before even getting an appointment time to come perform repairs. When they did respond, the "only time" they had available was over a month away. I agreed, the day came and went with no one showing up or calling/communicating in any way that they would not show. I AGAIN had to contact them (twice) to even get a response and which was so pathetic that I was insulted enough to leave bad reviews everywhere I can think of. (advised 'last minute decisions based on no gas'- yet no call or correspondence until I initiate? come onnnn.) See my photos showing email dates and responses. Also, it's worth noting that the day of the installation I have on security camera footage that they broke my outdoor step leading up to my front door by resting the stone countertop on it. No one informed me of the damage they did, instead the owner Cristian and his worker just set the piece back on with a dollop of silicone-- which nearly anyone can tell you will not hold brick onto brick. So of course it fell off again after they left and I checked my camera to see what transpired. How little do you respect your customer to not even advise of damage you caused to their home? At this point I would rather just pay another respectable company to come repair the shotty countertop they installed, I don't even want these people near my home again.
