I find it difficult when people rush around, even when it's not that busy, so pretty much hit or miss. Unfortunately this is the third time this has happened to me and a few other people have told me they had the same experience. Other places I've been it is rare, so a little disappointed at the lack of skill with the needles :/

She put the needle in and it was such a sharp pain. Nothing was drawn, so she poked in and out then side to side, keeping the needle in my skin. A bit was drawn then it stopped because she moved it so she did the same thing again (up/down and side to side). The whole thing just didn't feel right. I can't straighten my arm all the way from the pain I'm in. It feels like when you overdo bicep curls. Even my parents had the same experience. One time there was a guy there and he did a great job. However, I found that the phlebotomist had been offered the vaccine but had declined to take it. She went on to say that many people in the hospital service had declined to take the vaccine. Further she had no allergies or medical condition to support her declining the vaccine. She just did not feel comfortable. I am a 75-year-old diabetic and a one-year cancer survivor. I feel that I am at risk in this situation and that you are not taking the covid-19 pandemic seriously. When I was a child and the polio vaccine came out I took it immediately. Our generation believed in vaccines and took them for ourselves and to protect the people around us. Is it too much to ask the current generation to respect and protect the vulnerable people against this virus? I will go elsewhere for my next blood draw and check with the phlebotomist to see if they are vaccinated before I have another test done.

Despite multiple calls from me and my insurer and repeated assurances they would rebill, no corrected claim was filed. To avoid any impact to my credit, I ultimately paid out of pocket. I had severe pain and could not straighten out my leg very easily and they went out of their way to try to make me comfortable and make it work so my MRI could happen. They were very kind and very helpful. I'm also a bit claustrophobic and they were very understanding. Disclaimer: I have been very unhappy with setting things up through the main phone number. There's a big disconnect with trying to reach people live at the local office. It's almost impossible. I feel that their customer service could be improved dramatically. They ask way too many questions every time you call instead of making it easy on their clients. I totally understand verifying who you are, but it is a lengthy process over and over. Most places can verify you by your phone number in a couple simple questions. They really don't seem to care. Also, their online interface is terrible. Cumbersome and does not work well. Having said all that I was completely aggravated and disgusted with this operation, but Steven and the other gentleman redeemed the company for me and they are top-notch. October 7, 2025 Stay away from this place! They don't care, they don't try to help you and their workers don't show up for work. Two different times I went to the office and the person doing the x-rays did not show up. They did not call me to let me know either time and because I'm incapacitated, it was quite an issue for me to get there. No apologies and they didn't care one bit! I had no choice but to go there for my imaging so I tried to go again. This time I called ahead because I wanted to make sure that people were in the office. Every time you call the local number you get sent to some dispatch center that has no idea what's happening. They ask you 8 million questions every time you call. Then when they try to call the local office, they said no one answers. They can't even verify that the people are there. What a joke and what terrible customer service! If I could give less than one star I would.
