I don't know who is rating this dump 5 stars with the poor quality and I was cold the entire time and my back hurt from them having me stretched out flat on it. Now I have to go pay someone else to actually give me a massage. I'm someone that has been going to Asian massage places my whole life all over the country in both big and small cities. I have never complained about a massage until now. Don't waste your money here. And then to top it off what looked to be a homeless man came knocking on my window wanting me to roll it down, absolutely not, and then started screaming at me wanting to know what was that I was doing in the parking lot saying he is the manager of the parking lot. I was like: I GOT A MASSAGE AND NOW I AM LEAVING!!! 2 days later and now I have a stye on my right eyelid and a UTI. I think this place is nasty dirty and I got a bacterial infection from here. What I am really looking for is the one that can solve my muscle knots and my unilateral tight/sore neck caused by poor postures at work. I was shocked that Jeremy was right on the spot with his first touch. He did not say much throughout the session and our conversation was short. After he greeted me, I answered him "neck, especially right neck" for his question "what we are working on", the session started promptly. I like this style, no need to waste time for small talk, just focus on what he's working on and what he is good at. He could precisely catch the knot and found the sore spot. Getting the chance to work with Elena was kismet. I had a really rough week and just wanted to…read morerelax and heal and had my heart set on some body work. I found LuLavender online and gave them a try. Booking (an easy text message to coordinate or book online) with Katrina was so easy. She was able to get me set-up with Elena the same day for a lymphatic drainage massage. When I got to the Brookside location, the office was on the second floor of the Brookside 51 apartments and I was greeted warmly. As far as Elena herself, she is a healer with mother goose energy---I'm not sure of a better way to say that but it's what I felt. She made me feel so safe and comfortable; and she was so knowledgeable. I knew I was in good hands. I'd never had a lymphatic drainage massage before the immediate impact and healing was felt both physically and mentally. From the ambiance, music, aromatherapy, to the touch and mastery of Elena, I cannot understate how healing this experience was. Walking out of that room I felt like my stress and tension had melted off of me. A day later I know it sounds crazy but my body feels lighter and I've noticed some slight trends (all good!!) with my digestion, energy, and skin and more importantly my mind feels fresh and cleansed in a much needed way.
