She is always learning and stays up to date on best practices. She uses several methods to adjust you and provide relief. She will not hurt you. She doesn't push x-rays or upsell supplements, although you can get both and neck supporting pillows there. She is well respected and known in the Kansas City business and medical community and active in trying to uplift others. Her staff are consistently professional and friendly. They suggest you relax your back on a rolling table while you wait, which feels great and probably helps get a better adjustment. Primary care physicians could learn a thing or two from Dr. Robin.

While it is not cheap, it's worth it. You get ushered back to the bathroom to change. You have your own locker that you can put all your stuff in and lock, so very secure. Waited in there about 10 mins (you can bring your phone but come on people - you're here to relax. Put the flipping thing in the locker. You can disconnect for an hour). My masseuse came and collected me and ushered me to a nice quiet room. She listened to what I wanted her to do and left me to get under the sheets. The room was nice and warm and I was never cold. The massage was WONDERFUL. I needed a deep tissue and she delivered. Within 2 days my shoulder and neck were worlds better. After the massage they take you back to the bathroom.
