Instead he said the total cost came in higher because of things he forgot about. That part I can understand, but not the manipulation of the individual costs that were agreed on. The proposal was incomplete and lacking information such as # of doors and # of windows. Just a dollar amount. Very unprofessional and lacking information. Based on this, I wouldn't trust any further work, just because of this one person. While the actual workers may have done a great job, this employee cost the company this job.

We had a quote with in 20 minutes and scheduled a week later. Since we also have a slider that had to be ordered they will be back in 4 weeks. They only do the work Mondays and Wednesday's from 1-4. That doesn't work for someone who has a full time job. They are not flexible on times or days and don't work weekends or even evenings - it's light until 11 pm right now. Guess they don't need or want the business that badly.
