I really like Flagstop. It's close to where I live and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the folks working are always friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The first time I stopped in, a bird had christened my car and after I went through the mid-level wash, the poo was still present. The guy working let me go through again free of charge, which was nice of him. I also appreciate that they have indoor and outdoor towels, windshield cleaning solution, and free vacuums to use. I feel like all car washes are priced high, but theirs is decently reasonable. read more

I had the pleasure of visiting the nine mile location. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Upon arrival tony greeted me he was very kind.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He asked me to fill out a survey in which I did. I gave a great feedback. However my experience was not the same when I went to the car wash. First off the car wash stopped twice. When I had got to the blowers i noticed a long crack in my windshield. I had to stop and let the attendant Tony know that there was a long crack in the windshield. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Tony said yeah you didn't come in with a cracked windshi'll get the manager.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When the manager came out he grabbed his tablet and showed me where it states that they do not fixed cracked windshields. He said he would ask the manager his boss to see what he would say. However, his boss came back and said that it was not their fault.Or responsibility. That's when I tried to reach out to corporate.That was a joke. [[HIGHLIGHT]]First off that phone number does not go to anybody.They will not answer so don't even try.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Secondly when you email them it takes a very long time for them to get back to you.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Which is not good customer service. I have a saying you do not get to the grocery store and buy cracked eggs.You get eggs that are whole correct. So when I come to your establishment?I do not expect my car to get scratched or dented or damaged. The staff is extremely polite and helpful which is the only reason I gave this car wash a one star. I really believe that my car is dirtier after the wash them before. I cannot believe that any car wash left this much gunk on my car. Initially, I was annoyed because I could see soap all over the back of my car window. When I got out of my car and saw how filthy the whole back end of my car is after having paid $16 to have it washed, I'm really mad. I don't think I have ever posted a negative yelp before. However, Flagstop has no process for complaining about their service. I understand that there is supposedly a car wash war going on in Richmond. Thieves...they sell you a monthyly package but their systems do NOT work. They charge your card, do NOT let you enter the wash and give you some excuse about system update and how your account doesn't exist. Love this place! Live very close and go probably 2-3 times a week. Staff is very friendly and helpful, my car always looks great afterwards. I have the unlimited wash club and it's 100% worth it. I want to especially shout out one of the workers ,Terrence Little, but I have not had a bad experience with any of the guys there! The manager is also great/personable/ helpful. RUINED MY NEW CARS PAINT JOB. I originally wrote a great review while waiting in line for the wash, because I've used this car wash a few times and the staff is great. Less than 3 weeks after buying a new SUV, (that did not have a scratch on it) I went to this location and got the highest priced wash. After the wash the ENTIRE driver side, from my roof racks to the tires is extremely and deeply scratched. The top of my hood, and the top right driver side on the back end as well. There is absolutely no way the scratches that are there could have been caused by anything else. The location of the scratches proves that. I don't know if a roller of the wash was off track, or what, but I have to completely repaint my whole car and hope it doesn't rust through before I can afford to do that. read more
