We are in love with lil angels daycare because of how much information they give about your child. for $25 we could sign up for the watch me grow app and we could see what our baby was doing at any given time on the webcams (unless they were out on the playground). It gave us peace of mind to be able to see him. They also record everything in the procare app: what he ate that day, how long he slept, how many times they changed his diaper and even if he had diarrhea. They also take cute little pictures every time he does an arts & crafts activity. We put him in daycare starting at 5 months and since we did it so early he never got stranger danger. I'm sad to hear that some parents had bad experiences here but it makes sense because running a daycare is a stressful job and we parents are very protective of our babies. It's possible to have a bad interaction with one staff member but I have not had this experience. Our 16 Month old is always very excited and happy to go to daycare. read more

Please do yourself a favor and do not put your child in this preschool. My grandson attended, and during his time there, he was bitten and scratched multiple times by other children. The teachers often didn't seem to know how these incidents happened. One day, while we were parking, we overheard the director screaming at my grandson in anger. As soon as she saw my daughter, she made excuses and changed her tone of voice. This was a traumatic experience, revealing that the staff is not qualified to care for the children. During the heat, they would take the kids outside without shade and without ensuring they had water. When we picked up my grandson, he was overheated. My daughter eventually pulled him out of the program for his emotional and physical safety. Now, my grandson is in a different, more structured and organized preschool, he feels safe and secure. read more

Both my kids started at 4 months here since 2019. They even stayed open during the Covid shut down period, which was a life saver. I still have one child attending. Love all the teachers. They also have weekly themed curriculums, even on the infant side. Breakfast, Lunch and snack is provided and it's healthy food. There's also a camera if you want to watch your child. My grand daughter attended preschool there for 2 yrs, 3-5 yrs old. she is now a 3rd grader and very smart. She was even learning spanish while she was there. I have to say a good preschool prepares them to start kindergarten. They even had a graduation for the children going into kindergarten caps and gowns and a wonderful video of each child played during graduation which included pictures of their time spent there along with their baby pictures. I think that I must share my daughters experience going to this Daycare. She is two years old and attended this Daycare in late December of 2018. Unfortunately our previous daycare closed. I thought that since this was a center it would be more convenient due to less closure dates and it is close to my other children's school. Well in the beginning upon tour I was scheduled with Daisy. My husband and I arrived and Daisy was not there although we received a tour with someone who knew little information about the facility and the toddler room. The teachers were kind and we liked a few things in regards to the classroom. They provide healthy meals and snacks, small classroom and of course we liked the cameras. My daughter cried everyday for drop off and the director showed zero interest in my daughter and an easy transition for her. My daughter has multiple incidents such as a bite mark on her cheek scratches and bruises. Staff did not say anything to us and when we brought it up they denied and claimed it happened at home. That was false!!! They wouldn't follow protocol and write incident reports unless you mention the incident to them. My final straw with this unorganized, non compliant facility was the last few times my daughter had a fever. The first time she had a fever they notified me and I was there in 15 min. When I arrive she was sitting outside fatigued and looked lifeless. It was a hot day and she should've been inside until picked up. If it is a teacher ratio problem then they should have protocols in regards to this situation. A teacher could have sat inside with my daughter and a few kids doing an activity. My discussion with the director I was furious and she showed no compassion or empathy as I hold my sick child. On Wednesday 7/10 I picked my daughter at 6pm after work and I physically pick my daughter up and she's burning up I can feel I through her clothes. We take her temperature and it was 104. How long did she have the fever? How did you not notice? When did you last check on my child. The staff at the time said my daughter was acting unusual probably because we got back from vacation. Looked right passed the care for my child. The director shows little care for any child's best interests. I understand it's a large facility but her communication and lack of interest in the child was very incompetent. I love and care for my daughter and she deserves the right to be cared for. Since I work in the medical field I know the damage or what can happen having a fever that high untreated. read more

Now my 4year old son attends her and he is not an easy kid to handle especially when it comes to listening to adults, but I am so impressed on how much he listens and LOVES his teacher Miss Maria! Most kids cry when you drop them off but my son cries when I come pick him up because he doesnt want to leave! This is probably the worst school you can go to for your kids if you are in Hayward. I removed my child because he was being bullied by other children and they did nothing. I would not ever recommend this school. Also the director daisy is hard to communicate with and very passive. Many awkward convos and misses whilst we have been there for 3 years. I wanted to bring my daughter for the 3 yrs old class. We came for a tour. The appointment was at 9am. We got there at 8:50 and waited till 9:15, and the director hasn't come yet. One of the teacher gave us a tour and took the number so she can call us back. 3 weeks later, there was no call, so I had to call them back. The lady said I supposed to call her, not her job?! My daughter has been attending lil angels for 2.5 years and absolutely loves it there. This center is clearly focused on the needs of the children as well as the parents with quality programs. I get an update about her day on a daily basis. She is a picky eater but I rest assure knowing that the teacher encourage her to try new things and get an adequate meal. The teachers truly care. Well ever since he has not stop colds and and flu sypmtoms.not only is he suck but so am i and his mother and anyone else he comes in contact with .why cuz the people at the daycare have not heard of hand sanitizer the washing of the hands covering your mouth when coughing.if the damn teachers spent just as much time watching and teaching the kids on how not to pass your germs around. My oldest son attended Lil Angels from 3 years old until he went off to Kindergarten. Now my younger son attends Lil Angels and we are so happy there. We visited many schools before we came to Lil Angels and once we walked through the door we knew it was the place for our children. The school is bright, cheerful and perfect for little ones. We are impressed with how much our boys also learn and how much they love their teachers. Also, the hours cannot be beat for working parents. Of course, nothing is perfect but the teachers and the on site director are always open to discussion and working out solutions.
