Bought a 2024 Polaris Slingshot. Its not our first, but our first from this company. It was…read moresupposed to be a surprise to my husband, so I feel like I was taken advantage of by going in as a female, by myself. Living over an hour away, I chose to have the slingshot delivered, which cost $320. It was delivered filthy--not just dust from travel, but FILTHY. Trash in the storage compartments, under the seats (pop bottles, coins, pens, chapstick, fast food receipts) along with the sticky adhesive from the previous owner's lights around the sides and back of seats. And to top it off it has a HUGE gash in the side (that was not there when I test drove it!!) My husband of course was still excited until he drove it (of course I didn't notice how horrible the alignment is!!!). They have "graciously" offered to have us bring it back in to have it cleaned and aligned. Remember, I just paid $320 to have it delivered, why should I have to pay to take it back to have the things done that should have been done prior to delivery?? We don't drive the slingshot on the interstate and that was 99% of the reason of having it delivered. I wouldn't pay the teenage neighbor kid for a car in this condition, let alone a business!!! Pay $20,000 for a "fun" car and you'd expect better.

Pretty sad when you've bought more than 15 SXS and ATVs from the same place and they still try to…read morescrew you every chance they get. They installed a light bar on my Ranger Northstar using trailer wire, which caused melting. To their credit, they admitted fault and replaced it. Then the replacement light bar did the exact same thing and started melting again, so I brought it back for service. Their tech Rodney said it was pulling too many amps and was defective and that Polaris would replace it. Then they said Polaris needed an incident report. After dodging 10+ calls and emails, they finally said Polaris wouldn't replace it at all. Then the story changed again, and suddenly I was told I could not pick up my machine unless I either signed a document saying I would never sue them or they removed the light bar. I explicitly told them they were not allowed to remove it. AFTER we arrived at the dealership we witnessed their service department remove it anyway, saying "just cut the wires." They were destroying evidence right in front of us. I had to call the police just to be able to take my own machine home. Even then, the dealer sent me out with cut wiring, missing switches, missing hardware, and no light bar--items that were all on the machine when I dropped it off. They absolutely refused to return the light bar or anything they removed. This is not how you operate a business. Knowing this was going to be a problem, I had police meet me at the dealership before I even went inside, and it turned out to be the right call. Big "Will" physically touched me, pushed into me, rubbed against me, and refused to back away after I told him to. He became increasingly aggressive both physically and verbally. I paid their high $350 alignment fee and brought my SXS home with exposed, uncapped wires running through the roof, missing plugs, a missing switch, and no light bar or hardware. To make it even worse, Ride Command shows they were illegally driving my UTV on five-lane roads which I had noticed 4 miles of road travel on a previous UTV they serviced. This is how they treat someone who has legitimately spent over $400,000 at their "Stealership"

I bought a Ryker here. I tried to buy a helmet and was willing to pay 300-400. I asked the guys at…read morethe counter about their helmets. They pointed at the wall where they were, but would not assist me. They acted like I wasn't even there. So I went back to the showroom to wait to sign my papers. I didn't know anything about helmets. I went back into the parts area to ask about the luggage I ordered, and they were showing a young lady all the helmets and telling her all about them. Pissed me off. I had just spent over 10K, and that's the way I was treated. Then I was told that when my luggage was installed, they would call me and tell me the Ryker was ready. So I get the call that it was ready. I had to get an Uber to get me there so I could ride back. I arrived, and the luggage wasn't installed, and they didn't even have it yet. That was the whole point. So I have to make another 25-mile trip to get back there. No one has mentioned the service I need or talked to me about scheduling any. I'm on my own after buying from them, but you would think they would want the revenue from selling me a helmet and getting my maintenance there. Nope, that's not happening. I got a great helmet for 300 at Cycle Gear (they explained helmets in detail) and will find a shop to do the maintenance that I'm not able to do. I learned another lesson. My salesman Scott was okay, but I think he gets overwhelmed. Sincerely, RobertZ Dissappointed
