They were to replace a sensor on the underside of my engine. The mechanic that has it now said the cut the wiring harness to my low oil sensor so now if I have low oil the light won't come on. To fix it I have to buy a new oil pan. There is other damage to another wiring harness that has caused my car to not run right. I recall when I had it here after they said they fixed and I was paying someone saying they weren't certified mechanics. It raised eyebrows with me for sure so I never went back to them. Now two years later I am having to pay for damage they caused.

Got there in about 20 minutes. The fork lock and ignition switch popped out and the forks locked in place. Roy showed up in a beautiful truck and with the greatest care got my bike on the back of the truck. Got my bike to Harley West and got it into a spot. If you need a bike towed I highly recommend Roy's Towing service in Indianapolis. Great care understands how to tie down a bike and willing to listen. This time however, the overfilled my oil during an oil change and I had made a big trip 215 miles to Illinois going high speeds when the oil level high warning came on. I had never had this happen before. They were unreachable when I called Friday. I left a voicemail. I never heard back so I called Monday. Talked to Mike who told me "it should be fine" and that it was too short a time to cause engine damage. I was shocked. They didn't try to offer any apologies or an oil change next time on the house or even for me to bring it in to look at. I felt so dismissed not to mention unsafe! It also cut into my weekend home with family because I spent most of the time trying to fix the issue including buying a supplies on Amazon and taking it to vavoline. They offered no solution and quite frankly did not care. Only after I said I was uncomfortable with how relaxed they were about this did they say I could bring it in to look at if I really wanted to, but that there's nothing that they can do or offer me other than to "triple check next time". Go to a place that cares and won't put you in danger. They also failed to mention there was a mice nest in the engine.

Then I called Wood Auto Repair in Whiteland and was quoted $610. I made an appointment and dropped it off this morning. They called me a few hours later to confirm the starter was going bad and that it would be $587 all in. This is also one of the cleanest auto repair shops that I have been to.
