Poor Service/ Inconsiderate Staff The first experience was worth the time invested in desiring to come back to this establishment. The second and third times are what sealed the deal on how poorly organized and ran this business truly is. If I wanted to go to a hair salon to make an appointment, I'd seek out a place that can cut hair for more than $30 and have much bette customer service. If walk-ins are something that are too hard to accommodate, these barbers are in the wrong sector of service, hair dressing may suit them better. It is unknown if the owner is the short male of Philippine origin, but his attitude and overall tone was very off putting. His haircut was subpar, the interaction with him was very noticeable that he has favorites and prefers serving/ helping certain ethnic backgrounds. Much less, he wasn't wearing a mask. The fact of that you have to schedule haircuts and walk ins are far too complicated for him is sheer disrespect. This business definitely isn't worth a second look. read more

Disappointed. When I first came here in FEB 2020 they greeted walk ins and gave you a estimated time. They cleaned me up super shape for my wedding. I walked in today at 430pm and one person asked do you have an appointment. I said no sorry... he then walked out. I tried rolling in here for the first time with my son on the weekend of the super bowl. I know most reviews you read will say, oh this place was so busy etc etc.. and complain about the wait... listen if your barber shop is dead it is for a reason. They had time that day to squeeze in one if us, so my son was up. A simple fade for him is hard to get done because he has a crazy calic on the back of his head. They cleaned him up quick and I had an appt. Set for the next day at 8am with kenny. Came in at 8am and Kenny handled it, cleaning up my messed up fade from the local chop shop. I dig the real barbershop vibe going on here. Everyone laughing and talking smack with one another really gives that laid back hanging with the fellas atmosphere that is missing from all the cookie cutter shops in town. Make an appt. Lil Off The Top is really chill, laid back and surrounds you with good vibes. On top of that, Kai really knows his stuff and did a stellar job paying a lot of attention to detail and taking great care. He's also very personable and surprised me when I went in a second time and remembered pretty much everything we talked about last time. Unfortunately I did not get the guys name who cut his hair as I was waiting in the car with my impatient toddler for well over an hour for quite possibly the worst cut I've ever seen. Took our son just now, walk in. D. was able to get us back in like 5 minutes! He was super nice to my kid who turns 10 tomorrow. When he found out my sons favorite subject was Bible in school and he wanted a cross etched in his cut he asked where we were from and what church we go to and welcomed us to his church! Love that! We now will have to go and check out City Lights Church. D. was professional and gave my son his first Barbershop cut that was perfect! I was a little disappointed at this barber shop. The work they did was great but they had me wait 30 minutes past my appointment time and they had me go to a different barber than the one I was scheduled with. I went there because my son needed a haircut and wanted a design. Unfortunately the replacement barber I got did not do designs and we didn't find out until after I had already been there for 30 minutes waiting. The barbers were also not wearing a mask and the barber I got only took cash or PayPal when the sign on the window said they accept cards. I've been here twice now. Both times you walk in and it takes forever for anyone to even acknowledge you. Maybe put a bell on the door so you guys can notice someone walking in 50ft away. First time, they forgot about me so they had to work me in between other clients. This place takes forever to get a haircut in the first place so you can imagine how annoyed I was. I finally got the hair cut and the barber cut the shit out of me with the straight razor. Wtf? Second time, I walked in and no one acknowledged me again. I was visiting from out of town and needed a haircut. I was a bit nervous to go to a new place, but found pro-cuts on yelp. I setup an appointment with Ashley. She did an excellent job and was very friendly. Ashley listened to everything I had to say regarding how I like my hair cut and took her time to get it just right. She did a great drop fade. Regular haircut is $21. The place was small, but clean enough. I read a lot of complaints regarding bad customer service but that wasn't my experience. It was like most barber shops I've been to, they don't have front receptionist like hair salons, so you have to let you presence be known. Overall good experience. read more

My favorite place for a really good haircut. The drive is literally just a few minutes away from home. My barber is usually D, he's awesomely super cool and chill. He does a really dope fade and he's easy to work with on how you want your cut done. I recommend making on appointment before going in because this place is kinda small if not expect to wait because they'll take care of the reservations first before walk ins. I believe they only accept cash, Venmo, Apple Pay or Zelle. I don't know what else. I don't think credit / debit cards are accepted. This place has a great vibe, the barbers are friendly and personable with hilarious conversations. Reminds me of that movie "The Barbershop" feel. Highly recommended! read more

Have been going here for a while now and it's never a disappointment. The price is literally perfect for the results i get every time i get cut. I highly recommend asking for an appointment bc usually it's a wait and they are really good at staying on top with appointments. Also, another good thing is that my barber Corey stays till after close to finish cutting to make sure everything is fresh. Made an appointment for my son for sat. When we got there we were greeted and asked if we had an appointment and said yes. 5 min later they told me that all the barbers went home and he'll take care of my son tomorrow at 5 Sunday the 7th of aug. so we showed up again the following day at 4:45 and stayed till 5:15 and no barber was there again to take the appointment. The guy's running this shop are EXTREMELY professional and fun to talk to. I recommend scheduling an appointment, because they are so great they are usually booked, although walk ins are generally welcome. They do fantastic work and this is the only place I don't mind which barber I get because they be th really know their stuff. Men discussing things like men, a welcomed and missed attribute to most place's atmosphere. I won't go anywhere else in Vegas. I do like it better than Ashton's on Durango since I don't have to worry about who is cutting my hair at Pro Cuts. Both guys that cut my hair have done outstanding work!!! read more

Found this spot on Yelp. Called 30 minutes before closing and Scott told us to come on in. We knew we were in the right place because he had to turn away at least 4 walk ins, specifically for him. A relatively new barbershop opened near my house near the McDonald's and the chevron. What I can appreciate about this shop is that even though it's small, they spend a lot of time making sure your cut is perfect. They put a lot of attention to detail and their styles are on point. I came in pretty late at like 5:45 and even though they were closing at 6 they still took me and even another guy who showed up later. Even though they were closing soon they didn't rush our cuts at all. They took the time almost 45 minutes to do it right. Compare this to a great clips or something where they're trying to get you out the door in 15 minutes it's refreshing. You can tell these guys are hard working guys trying to make a living, and they're doing it right so I'm more than happy to give them my repeat business In fact this is my second time here and both guys have given me a great cut. read more

Came in a few days ago it was my first time and it was ok, service was great talking to customers. As far as the haircut it wasnt so great I noticed after I got my cut. I got a bald fade with a lineup. After I got the cut I noticed one side of the bald fade was thicker then the other and the guy never touched my hairline at all. He also trimmed my beard and only lined up the top portion and not the bottom. So it doesnt look too great. Not to mention I paid 50$ for the cut as well!
