I disregarded the bad reviews, assuming they just were having a bad day. I arrive at their location and to my "surprise" they apparently didn't have my appointment in their system. I had an entire day and was willing to wait but a very relaxed staff seemed reluctant to even offer an alternative for their mix up. I was frustrated to say the least and feel their service is below scraping the barrel. I don't normally give bad reviews but this shop is there reason one star is available.

What's most frustrating is that this isn't something subtle you could brush off. The judgmental tone and lack of basic courtesy were obvious and consistent enough to completely ruin the experience. It's honestly baffling that someone who treats customers this way is the face of a business that's supposed to be about creating a positive and safe environment for our pets.
