Then the GM called and left a voicemail asking me to call him so we could discuss the situation and when I did call, all he did was make excuses about how anything could have caused the car to fall back out of alignment even though I've only driven it 3,000 miles since leaving their Meineke shop. They ordered the wrong parts,…read moreinstalled them against manufactures recommendation which was stated right on the installation sheet and damaged our truck!! Wow this place is a joke!!! We brought our 2024 F 350 to have air bags installed. My husband told them we have a fifth wheel camper and a truck bed camper that we haul. Paul said no problem and ordered the airbags. We paid over $1,100.00 just for the parts. Half way through the installation the mechanic called and said the airbags won't fit with the fifth wheel so they took it out!!!! They then said he had to cut the bed liner to make them fit!! He also said they do not put it back in so we would need to find someone who would. Paul told us it just needed an adapter to make the airbags work with the fifth wheel hitch. We then paid another $600 to him for the labor and took the truck to have the fifth wheel hitch reattached to the truck. When we got there the man was dumbfounded!!! "WHAT DID THEY DO?? First of all these airbags will never work with a fifth wheel hitch and they are an over kill for this truck!! Second they attached them to the leaf spring and this installation paper states not to use them with leaf springs!!" Thankfully he was able to remove the installed air bags, replace them with the correct ones and reinstall to 5th wheel hitch at a cost of $800! We called Paul who told my husband they don't give refunds but bring the parts back and he would give him credit for the parts. My husband made arrangements to use that credit for something else. When he went to schedule work and use the credit they denied everything, handed him the parts back and said we don't accept parts back! There is nothing we can do for you!! I would not trust bringing my bicycle to them... They do not know what they are doing and are severely over priced!!
