NOT SO FAST OLD MAN! The good folks at Sullivan told me the tire couldn't be repaired because the screw was too close to the sidewall. What they didn't know is that I knew exactly where the screw was. It was well within the tread. But they REALLY wanted to help with my problem, and offered to sell me one tire, for nearly $400. Installed I assume, or maybe not. So, I took my leak elsewhere. Got it repaired for $40 and made a friend. The man has been in the tire business for decades, and just shook his head when I told him the story. Here's the thing: I never begrudge a man a day's pay, but do not try to take advantage of me. I'm too old and I worked too f***ing hard for my pension to get porked because the rubber merchants had a slow day. Sullivan Tire will reply, bleating their side of the story. And that's fine. Had an alignment appointment setup for 3/7/26 and they completely botched the alignment. talked to…read morethe manager and he said drop it off 3-8-26 and we will redo it along with add tpms sensors on 3-9-26. got called and picked up the truck and was told they tried aligning it 3 times and could not get it aligned. was told they did install the sensors and they would refund me the cost of the alignment which they could not do as the manager would not answer the phone. as I walked out I noticed that every single rim was damaged from where they removed the lug nuts and installed them along with the lug nuts themselves were damaged and now were mismatched as they just threw random lug nuts on. went inside and tried to explain my complaint and I would like it fixed and was told nothing could be done till the manager would answer. cost of replacement of these rims and lug nuts is roughly $1923.50 in damages. Already filed with bbb and now yelp. Next step will be small claims court if the issue cannot be resolved. I have supporting pictures and documents all time stamped. I do not recommend this company at all. There employees have no pride in there work and no respect vehicles along with being extremely rude.

When I arrived for my appointment the following Monday, they didn't remember the oil change or the mirror replacement, so I had to remind them. Regarding the plate light, I provided the wrong one--that was my mistake. The team did a great job replacing the mirror, and I truly appreciate their time and effort. The oil change was a bit pricey, but I also appreciate the service. However, I never asked for the check engine codes to be deleted, yet I was charged $250 for that. What I specifically requested was for the EPC light and the shaking while driving to be checked, as I believed they were related. When I picked up my car, the check engine light was off, but it came back the very next day. Again, I never asked for the codes to be deleted, and the EPC light was still there. I understand that this is an old car with many issues, but I've been driving with those check engine codes for two years without any problems. I am not a native English speaker, but I know what I said--I'm not that bad at English. The workers here are very kind, but not the best listeners, I believe. Seacoast Dent Repair was one of the business I followed. I am glad I did because there are some really impressive before and after shots on the page. Not only do they fix dents, they do touch up paint, cosmetic wheel repair, and other various body work services on high end exotics, classics, all the way down to your typical commuter car. It looked like my hood was closed on a tool at some point and a dent was pushed up from the bottom of the hood and the paint had cracked. I wanted to try paintless dent removal rather than refinish the entire hood. Matching metallic paint never seems to go well. I figured I would give Seacoast Dent Repair a shot with my classic convertible. I received the same excellent service from Scott as the others below. Scott traveled to the Boston area to work on my car. He explained the potential outcomes and we decided to move forward. He pulled out a multitude of tools and got to work right away.
