We were three people and by law the tow truck can only take two adults and so Chris called another shop in the area he knew to see if our third member could wait there for the cab. Then he drove our third member to the shop before towing our car. Al's was quick, thorough and affordable. Took my "new" used car in for what should have been a…read moresimple inspection. When they couldn't find the wheel lock key they called me. Told them to just cut the locks off since I had no idea where the key could be. Soon afterwards they called back that the car was ready. They replaced the locks without damaging the rims or lugs, and replaced the rear wiper that was damaged too. Thanks Al's for quickly working through the unexpected issues, keeping me informed and ensuring my car was safe. They even gave me some recommendations on freshening up the fading paint.
