I recently solicited Lile North American Moving company to assist me in moving to my new home in the country. I am recently out of 20 years in the Army but had to get out in January of this year due to a heart attack. Although physically able to do the work, I was instructed to not strain as I had heart surgery in January and have to have another one on the 1st of December. As both a soldier and medical professional, I know what true professionalism is. It is Renee, Young, Jacob and Fred. It started with Renee coordinating the move, assessing cost and keeping us informed, it was the 3 fore-mentioned young men that came to do the move. They were very friendly, always smiling and laughing but at the same time working in unison that it was almost like they could read each others minds. And although there was a lead person He listened to the recommendations of the other two which is a sign of a good leader. They moved everything in an hour less than was quoted and adjusted the bill accordingly, they assured everything was either padded or wrapped, and assured carpets were protected from shoe marks. They put everything in the locations my wife requested and even offered to assist with an item that I had planned to transport. One of them even bonded with my dogs. I know the importance of good reviews and I am proud to give this one. I have not only called tboth Renee and Scott the managers to inform them of the excellence service Young, Jake and Fred provided, I also gave the name to my best friend who is also my realtor (Jonathan Wilke of Caldwell Bankers and Bain in Longview). Lile Moving has helped us move three times. Each time we had exceptional crews. We cannot say how comforting it is during the stress of moving to have the right people show up to complete the job. John Averi has been incredibly proficient in helping us plan all our moves. Our most recent move was a new one for us as it involved an out-of-state relocation. We are building a new home and have a temporary condo that is too small to contain all the items we posses. Lile solved the problem immediately as they happen to have a storage service that is less expensive than renting a storage facility. In fact the storage facility would have been $200 per month. Lile stored our items for one-fifth that amount and they will deliver them when our home is completed. But the very best aspect of our recent move was the four young men who came to load our possessions in Salem. They were on-time, incredibly personable and took great care with every item. We want to especially thank Brandon and Travis who drove the truck to Gig Harbor and worked so precisely to unload our things. We have some especially nice furniture and art we have collected over many years. Not only was nothing damaged, more importantly, Brandon and Travis took care of them as if they owned them. We just completed our second move with Lile and are so pleased to report that our possessions arrived timely and in good shape, no damage found! When we packed up our house two years ago we didn't realize it would take us this long to build our new home. Lile kept our household in storage and when it was time, they communicated with us clearly, gave us tips and kept us informed all along the way. Moving from Oregon to Arizona is a big step and this group took the worry away from furniture moving. We missed seeing the 'guys' from the Salem moving group, but the contracted crew that arrived were just as courteous, efficient and kind. They problem solved quickly when the truck couldn't make it to our home and with little delay had our items safely inside our new home (after they covered our floors). We recently used Lile to move us. It was done in two days, which was great for us. The first day was moving much of our home to a storage unit. The second day they moved what we needed into an apartment for short term living while building a home out of the area. Both days, the movers showed up on time and were friendly and dressed in Lile Movers uniforms. They were hard working and careful with our belongings. All furniture was wrapped and secured in the truck. Nothing was damaged during the move. While we want thank the whole crew, we want an extra thanks to John who came to our home twice to explain the move and provide us with an estimate. And an extra thanks to Shae who was the team leader on both moves. When our new home is competed, we will have Lile move us and will ask for Shae to be in charge. Great job to everyone. Our recent move was stressful, as was expected. The shining light through it all was our amazing team from Lile! From the original visit to create a bid to the final furniture assembly and materials removal, our team was amazing. Michael, Shea, Nick, Ruben, and Bradley were personable and polite, most respectful of our belongings, of both houses, and of us in general. They worked amazingly quickly, yet with total care. The guys gave us some helpful hints. They even entertained our dog without missing a step of their professional service! We had to arrange a complex move from California to Salem that included a local pickup in a large city with limited parking, transportation to Salem, Offloading and storage in Salem, and a final residential delivery. The folks at Lile were able to make it all happen, safely and on-time, in spite of uncertain delivery location and time. Carlos and his pick-up team were excellent, as were the team from the warehouse who eventually delivered the load. The office staff kept us informed of progress as well as providing a competitive quote for the job. Everyone I spoke to at the company was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The crew that was sent to move me (Caleb, Nick, and Rick) were incredible!
