The crew of Brad, Morgan, and Jesse were on time, courteous, transparent about any pre-existing damages or small items, efficient, and to top it all off they literally did not scratch/hit/mark one single wall of the house when moving. All 3 were absolute beasts in moving heavy furniture upstairs, and a few times we ended up deciding on a difference placement of a furniture item they already placed and every time they were more than happy to help rearrange it as needed. You really can't ask for more in a moving company. They were willing to accommodate, went the extra mile on servicing things, and were lighthearted and carried a positive attitude through the whole 12-14 hour day. I would honestly ask them to help move for any future moves in my lifetime. It is not easy doing their profession, but they seem very dedicated and deserve every ounce of recognition. It was simple this time, from point A to B, then C. They pick up a new couch for me. I had one of the same workers from last time. He was still professional and a hard worker. I had one mirror hiccup that something got put on the truck that wasn't going with me, but that was my fault for not giving better instructions. They offer to put together my new couch, but I had that covered. I need them to move the heavy stuff. They did another outstanding job, and I will recommend them to anyone. Side Note: Photograph all your things before and after. If something gets broken, you need proof. They do offer free insurance, but they need documentation.

Do not use these people if you value your possessions and furniture…read more They showed complete disregard for any care. We used them for a 300 mile move within the state. They do not take an inventory of items loaded. When our furniture arrived at the destination a brand new wooden bed frame was broken as well as an antique record cabinet. Total value of both was approx. $550. Lile paid $139.00 for replacement. Replacement for the bed frame alone was approx. $450.00, price for the antique record cabinet is unknown. We still have small items we are not able to locate. We found small items waded up in packing paper but not labeled. For instance three sand dollars waded up in paper. Four screws waded up in paper not labled. There were several waded up pieces of paper that contained small items taped and unlabled. Fortunately we opened some but I am positive some small wrapped items were discarded as dunnage. We had a large wall clock packed and marked This Side Up with arrows pointing upwards, this was found in our living room upside down. The clock is still in the shop. I did not mention smaller broken items such as glassware, dishes etc. there was only a few. A different crew unloaded the truck than the ones that loaded it so they knew nothing of any necessary re-assembly. These movers were definitely like "bulls in a china shop" In closing all I can say is buyer beware and do some research!

We were continually told items were in transit when they were in fact in storage without our knowledge. Inflation adjusted over $15,000 missing and broken items when finally arrived. We were told we were liars and our fault things missing. I have the emails to show if anyone wants proof off of this. Nine months later we have been issued half the amount. Look at my reviews also for Class Pays who this moving company used to store our items a second time without our consent. Work was delayed due to no work clothes. Beware of this company. Once your items leave the state they become NorthAmerican only who has loads of legal protections to make your measly household items a joke.

I scheduled a move within the same apartment complex. This was not a cross-town move--it was a transfer between two apartments approximately 200 feet apart with identical floor plans. I was given a 10:00-11:00 AM arrival window. The crew did not arrive until approximately 2:30 PM, more than three hours late. During that time, I received no meaningful updates and spent the day waiting. When the crew finally arrived, only three movers showed up instead of the four-person crew I expected. Rather than arriving with a plan, they immediately expressed doubts about completing the move. The manager's response to the delay was disappointing and dismissive. When I explained that the delay was seriously impacting my day, I did not feel that the situation was being taken seriously. Ultimately, the move was not completed. I had to make alternative arrangements, hire additional help on my own, and spend the weekend moving and unpacking largely by myself. What is most frustrating is that I specifically hired a professional moving company to avoid exactly this situation. Instead, the late arrival, staffing issues, and lack of communication turned what should have been a straightforward apartment transfer into a stressful and exhausting experience. I understand that delays can happen. What I cannot understand is the lack of communication, accountability, and customer service after the delay occurred. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.
