My tenant moved out so I was looking for a new cleaner to do a move out clean and chose Elizabrazil given all the great reviews. Overall I thought the experience and results were just okay. Booking experience: I contacted them through yelp and we messaged back and forth to schedule a time. I needed cleaning to be done that week since I was doing viewings that weekend and they were able to accommodate so that was great. Coordination: We scheduled the cleaning to be done at 4pm. I don't actually live at the unit so my husband made a trip there specifically to let them in. 20 mins passed and no contact whatsoever from the company so I messaged them and called their number with no response. 10 mins later I get a call back saying that the cleaners are on their way with an eta of 4:45pm. By the time they actually arrived at the unit it was almost 5pm. My husband just sat in an empty unit waiting the whole time... Cleaning: Overall they place was the clean, but they did miss a couple spots like the water/ice dispenser on the outside of the fridge and a closet shelf. The hardwood floors also did have little bits of dirt. I chose them specifically because they said they cleaned the patio sliding door track, which they did yay. We did get new carpets installed in the bedrooms so I can't speak about their work on the carpets. I wouldn't say it was a super meticulous/immaculate job since there were misses. Payment: They support Venmo/Paypal so payment is easy. However, again the coordination was not great since I didn't receive any invoice and/or payment request afterwards. They contacted me a few days later asking for payment, but I said I had no idea how to pay them since no instructions were given to me. They also said they only give an invoice when it's requested by the customer. TL;DR: Experience was just average. Cleaning was just fine (I would not call the results meticulous/immaculate) and the coordination was not great. read more

I hired them for move-in cleaning. The house was empty and fairly clean. I wanted them to mainly take care of the cobwebs in the garage and inside the house. I had mentioned this very clearly at the start. But, when I went home in the middle of the cleaning I saw that they just swept the garage and did not follow anything that I had mentioned earlier. So, I asked them to remove cobwebs and they did a below-average job. Inside the fridge I could see marks which I had to point out to the cleaners. There were a few corners of the house that they dint even touch. Now, that we are living in the house I can see their below-average job. Also, extremely disorganized and poor communication. We had a disappointing experience with this company. We hired them for a move in cleaning and after moving one of the dressers we noticed that they didn't clean under it. The closet was also not cleaned. We messaged them to let them know and they said they would come back to clean the closet and under the dresser and they never did. We had to clean ourselves before our tenant moved in. We were pretty upset and were expecting a better service after all the reviews we saw here. The couple who came to clean also got into a fight and my husband heard them arguing from upstairs. Pretty unprofessional. Note after the business response: we paid for a move in cleaning and this was well explained to you. Instead of arguing back with your customers on Yelp in an aggressive way you should apologize and use our complaints to make your service better. I only posted the review now because I wanted to find the pictures that were in another device. And I was right to wait because those pictures speak for themselves. They were cleaning the house while we were away & we got a text. A broken glass. No big deal. We got home to find an oven knob broken. Closer inspection revealed the thermostat itself was broken, not just the knob. We reported this to them & my wife immediately got an aggressive, borderline threatening text from the company owner's husband. He initially suggested the knob had been broken in the past & glued back together. I explained to him that he is seeing the broken thermostat shaft inside the knob & not glue. He claimed they would contact their insurance company. Immediately after this, they simply stopped responding to messages. We have used Elizabrazil twice now for deep cleans of our apartment. Once a few weeks before our baby was born and more recently about a year later when our house was a disaster coming out of the pandemic, Family about to visit, and we just didn't have the energy to do a deep clean with a baby running around. They rescued us! Elizabrazil is quick to respond to messages, is a wonderful value, has incredible attention to detail... and by that I mean, they cleaned things I never even thought needed to be cleaned! You should see how our toaster oven shines! And our dish rack! These feel like bonuses on top of the standard kitchen cleaning. When they left our house smelled and looked beautiful. I am very happy with the deep cleaning I just had done from Elizabrazil Cleaning! I am a clean freak with high standards and just moved into a condo (which was clean, just "used") that I wanted brand-new sparkling clean, no evidence of dirt or grime. Sadly I had another company come and do a poor job "deep" cleaning, and not only was that company extremely untimely (4 hours - yes, HOURS - late 1st say so I cancelled, came 20 min late the next day), I (and the cleaners from Elizabrazil as well) was shocked at the other company's work. I shuddered at the thought of cleaning it myself to save money, so I broke down and decided to call another company to finish the job. They came to the rescue and got into every single one of the corners of my windows, bleached my fridge, cleaned out the rubber from my fridge door, cleaned hardened grease off my cabinets and ceiling, cleaned the edges of the sink and range, and cleaned the grime out and around all drains. I went with this company due to the high star rating, but the mother (Giselle O.) And her son did not do an awesome job as I hoped. I did a walk through at the very end and I had to point out things then that were not cleaned. After they left my husband found additional things that were not cleaned. I contacted the company and Giselle and Son did come back but still had to question is this clean, what else do you need, etc. I shouldn't be the one to tell you what to clean and if it looks clean enough- your the professional not me! I started the day thinking I'd be giving a negative review for this company. They didn't show up to our initial appointment. I waited an hour before they finally told me their car was broken in to. We rescheduled for the next morning, but I told them I was available after 5p too. I didn't hear anything so assumed we were sticking to the next morning. At 5:30p I was surprised by a call saying cleaners were outside. I had friends over and wasn't ready for them, but felt bad turning the ladies away so let them in. That part is why I only give 4 stars. Once the ladies started cleaning, they were amazing. It was definitely a 5 star job. Everything they touched was like new after. There was some initial negotiations on price, with David's pricing being the most competitive. David is pretty responsive via text messages but sometimes, I have to follow up with a cleaning request to confirm the service. Aside from that, I haven't had any problems with scheduling or no shows. The cleaning team arrives on time and takes about 1-1.5 hours to complete the work. It isn't always the same people (sometimes it's 2 people, other times it is 1 person) but everyone has been very professional, considerate, and efficient. read more

What can I say? The price is right and they do a great job of cleaning up our apartment. They're quiet and professional, I can work from home while they're here and they don't get in my way at all.
