Reached out to her for her stretch mark rejuvenation service and she proceeded with doing a virtual consultation and said that she would be able to make them look less visible after looking at the photos of the stretch marks. I agreed to go to her and asked for an appointment, she then says I'm going on a trip and not sure of my return date but once I know I can tell you when I can schedule your appointment for, as strange as that sounded like, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Few weeks went by and I did not hear back so I decided to reach out again to follow up, and this time she says I do not offer the stretch mark rejuvenation treatments anymore! I'm going to try to make this review as short as I can. Long story short, I got my eyebrows micro-bladed by Liliana on May 16, 2021. After leaving I noticed an area above my left eyebrow that was slight pink, with small bumps. It was burning a bit but I didn't think much of it. The following day, I woke up to the area being dark. This was some kind of burn CAUSED by Liliana. When I told her about it, she basically called me a liar and that she didn't notice it, so because she didn't notice the burn didn't happen. Like come on take accountability!!!!! Chemical burns aren't that noticeable initially and I am proof because I went through it. Chemical burns have different stages. This was no razor reaction like Liliana claimed to be (the razor she used to trim my eyebrows). She said that it didn't happen & wouldn't have happened at her establishment. First of all, she was the only person that worked of my face that day, I went to her fine and the day that SHE WORKED ON MY EYEBROWS IS THE DAY THAT I GET A BURN THAT SHE DENIES HAPPENING ???? I tried to let this go but the fact that she didn't even care to reach out to me and ask if the burn had gone away did it for me. Another thing that I noticed was that after I told her about the burn she restricted what I can see on her business instagram page. I proved this by having people look her up and surely they were able to see her full content but me! Which I cared less but the fact that she did not care about what she did to me proved me even more right. The burn took like 4 months to heal and I'm hoping this doesn't become anything worse. I can still see the outline of the burn. It's so disappointing that I went to Liliana for a beauty purpose and ended up being burned. It took me a while to even write about it because I'm a very nice person but for Liliana to get away with it, is not ok. So ladies, this could happen to you and she won't care about you and call you a liar! It would of been a different story if she had reached out to me.
