I love this place! Sher and Manush are great! Not only in their work but they are also personable. Everytime I have gotten my makeup done by Sher she makes me look like a movie star! And she is very particular about her work. I also had her do microblading on my eyebrows a few days ago. I wasn't too sure how I would like it but I love it! It's still early so I'm trying to heal, the worst part is the itching. The procedure wasn't bad at all! Minimal pain and it did not take very long. If you want someone who is precise and detailed oriented you must see Sher. She corrected my fading and uneven old tattoo eyebrows. My color was fading into looking red. The minute I met Sher, she was very friendly but genuine. She sat me down to go over what I wanted and even took before photos to use her phone APP to measure the lengths of my brows. From the very start Sher answered all my questions. When booking an appointment she was very flexible in working with my schedule (because I actually live in Maryland & was visiting for the weekend). After calling several different hair salons through Yelp looking for a last minute appointment, I was fortunate enough to come across Mazi Salon. I'm so glad none of the other salons were accommodating because I stumbled upon this little gem. Even though the salon was busy, they were nice enough to squeeze me in for two blow drys right when I called. The customer service is beyond excellent. I was seated immediately upon arrival. We were offered something to drink multiple times and by the end of the services it felt like we had known them for a long time. The girls are super sweet and so friendly! Both blow drys were excellent. Lucy did my hair. I went in with clean, dry hair and the entire process took less than 25 minutes. I have very thick and long hair so this was especially impressive as I've not experienced this anywhere else. Stella did my sisters hair and she was just as happy with her experience. I had gotten a haircut elsewhere a few weeks ago and was very unhappy with it. I explained what I was looking for and opened up to her about how I felt about losing a lot of my hair due to my cancer treatments. I wanted something short and easy as I have an upcoming surgery. I thank her every chance I get. :) From the moment I met her, I knew that she was the one to do my eyebrows. It did take some getting used to the color in the beginning because it was so bold and dark. HOWEVER, THIS IS APART OF THE PROCESS AND, I KNEW THAT IT WILL GET TWO SHADES LIGHTER DURING THE HEALING STAGES. I just had to constantly remind myself to wait. After the third day, the darkness subsided as mentioned and I fell IN LOVE!
