I took my dog there several times before the move and was totally impressed with the service. Since the move, his 2 1/2 hour groom has taken five hours. You are offered to choose your groomer,yet he looks completely different each time. Hard to believe its the same person doing the job.Most problematic however,,is that twice he has had to go to the vet,and has had a scratch on his eye that wasnt there when we went in,resulting in a very expensive bill. Love the gals,,but they are doing TOO many dogs a day. read more

I have been to tens of groomers with multiple pets across multiple states over the years. Lilika is the best I have ever been to. These women are kind and passionate, sweet, caring, and talented. I have the most difficult elderly chihuahua you could imagine. They treat her like a new born baby, and she always comes out perfect! I cannot recommend enough! I would honestly pay any amount of money for their services. I will be moving soon and will travel back here forever. The space is clean, bright. Have been using this place since we first moved to the area in June. Always friendly and do a great job. Today, I brought in my two shih tzu's who I have not been brushing as well as I should have. Asked to have them cut into a long puppy cut. They were matted badly under their legs and I knew it took a lot of work. But the owner was so kind and took the time. She charged me extra but I understood. They looked so cute when they were done. And they are never stressed out either. My older black and white one seems to really like it there. read more

Worst grooming I've ever seen. I'd like my dog to be shorter for the summer, and the cut was hacked up and uneven. My dog cannot walk normally and has been excessively licking himself in the groin area. We're going to the vet for suspected clipper burn on sensitive areas. It took them 4 hrs and I paid $80 to make my Shih Tzu feel super uncomfortable and insecure. I called in the store to tell them my dog cannot walk and they just said put a sweater on him. Consistently great grooming. Our bernedoodle boy always comes home happy, looking and smelling great.

I brought my dog there multiple times and was satisfied with the outcome. However, this last time the groomer completely did not listen to my request and cut my dogs hair off completely. She ruined his long hair and completely destroyed his look. When I confronted her that this is not what we agreed upon she got very rude and defensive. When I got home I realized that the dog's underarms and belly were all nicked and cut too. read more

Don't bring your dog here. I brought my dog and, like Elina K, the first time they ask you what you want, try to satisfy that and charge a reasonable amount. I went back, they didn't listen to what we wanted, shaved my dog even though we've been using detangler and brushing him daily. He was not matted. He looks awful. They charged more than double the first visit and when I called to discuss this they were very rude, very defensive, said I shouldn't have asked for a haircut! My puppy is scared at groomers so I think they just shaved him to be done and not have to deal with him. If you like your pet don't bring him/her here! read more

First time using this service for a full bath. I was very clear to what I wanted for services. Upon picking up my dog, they had furminated her without my knowledge or my request, did not brush her teeth and did not clean her ears. Only upon asking if they had brushed her teeth, because this was an ad on,I was told they forgot. Upon getting her home and checking her ears, it was evident that her ears had not been cleaned as well. Not to mention, when picking her up they proceeded to excite her and making her hyper. Very disappointed and will not be taking her back. read more
