Lilly Pulitzer is the most Floridian women's store. When I see their colorful prints, I immediately think of eternal summer, which in my mind translates to Florida. The Lilly Pulitzer store in downtown Fort Lauderdale is truly so elegant. With a beautiful palette of soft hues, separating the dresses, skirts, tops and athletic wear for women and little girls. You may find your special occasion dress here, or a reliable work fit. They also have shoes, accessories, such as hair bows, beach towels, tumblers, and fashion earrings. The fitting rooms are adorable, where every inch of the mirror frame is covered in seashells. Of course the one huge drawback is how costly everything is. As far as the clothing there is nothing under $98. It can range all the way up to $400. My favorite fabrics in the store are the cotton and the linen. They are light, breezy and effortless. Unfortunately I cannot invest in anything from Lilly Pulitzer unless it is during their Sunshine Sale. I would stop by when in the area, but be prepared to gasp when checking the tags. read more

I stopped in recently on a slow Sunday afternoon around 1:30. I observed 3 sales associates in the store. I was the only customer walking around an empty shop, there was one customer in a fitting room. I was completely ignored, no greeting, or checking in despite me stopping to hold up an item to see how it looked on me in a mirror. There were two older sales ladies with grey hair chit chatting at the register who didn't break conversation once and merely glanced over without acknowledging my presence! Mind you I'm a middle aged woman who was clad entirely in Lilly! Talk about a missed sale opportunity! I shop regularly at other Lilly stores and always have great customer service, this store was horrible, I will not be back. Note to management, hire better employees to represent your great brand! read more

Another mid to high level priced women's clothing store on the Las Olas strip. Got pulled into another store by the wife to check out the clothing. Most malls have these Lilly Pulitzer stores with similar attire priced from $98 to $248. This store had a massive seven foot tall mirror with a sea shell border to view your clothes in full length. read more

What a lovely store with too many things to try on! But the dressing rooms are gorgeous and the ladies will bring you other sizes which doesn't happen anymore. I ended up with a few dresses and a purse. It had a fun vibe when others came out to show their outfits. I'll be back!! read more

4-8-23 Love Lily but the store experience is lacking. Yelpers got it right again with their overall three star rating. Was in the mood for some new Lily and sadly it is no longer available in Aventura. So I came to this store because as many of you Lily shoppers know the sizing is not really true to size you gotta try it on. So I head over to Las Olas and pay to park in the lot directly behind the street where the store is located. Once inside so much Lily to choose from and not a single item on sale. I chose three items to try on and while I was looking was asked by three different sales associates if I wanted to start a dressing room. I declined as I like to edit my selections as I go. They even have sizing for little girls so you can get a Mommy and me outfit. Unfortunately I never had a mini me and my Mother and I definitely wouldn't do this. My sister and I will buy matching outfits still to this day. Once in the fitting room I was in love with the custom painted walls of Lily. Beautiful and something I would love to replicate in my home. Anyway two of my three picks were winners. As I headed to the register note there was no line. My purchase was put in a nice reusable bag of Lily with hot pink tissue paper and a gold seal. However once I left the store I realized no receipt. I checked the bag and cleaned out my handbag but nothing. So I called the store and was told they were extremely busy and could assist on Monday when they open. That I must not have looked hard enough as they secretly tuck it into the tissue paper. Well guess what it wasn't there. So than she remembers oh yeah I saw a receipt and threw it in the trash. Nice customer experience right! She did however take a photo once retrieved from the trash can and texted it to me. Yeah I love Lily but will take my chances online next time instead. read more

I love Lilly Pulitzer and the Fort Lauderdale store has a great location right on Las Olas Blvd. They have a good customer mix of locals and tourists.....because of course South Florida is the perfect setting for dressing in Lilly Pulitzer year round! I love the vibrant colors and bright floral prints of all their clothes and accessories. There are of course lots and lots of dresses, (from mini to maxi,) and there are also coordinating shorts, tops, jeans, sweaters, bathing suits, cover-ups, and now even colorful workout apparel. I love it all! Although the clothes are adorable and it's a bright friendly shopping environment; the prices are a little excessive......and don't plan on looking for the sale rack; because Lilly Pulitzer rarely has a sale! They do offer excellent customer service, and there are always a few sales associates on hand so you don't have to wait around to get someone's attention. (And another plus is that they are not overly aggressive/pushy....that is a big shopping turn-off for me!). In addition to the cute selection of clothing; the fitting rooms are adorable with full "Lilly" decor , and there is a cozy little sitting/waiting area for friends to wait while you try clothes on or possibly a bored boyfriend or husband to relax in. Lilly Pulitzer definitely gives off a happy vibe all around, and shopping at the Fort Lauderdale store and walking out with a new outfit is sure to put a smile on your face! read more

I had a great time here!! My Mom and I came in while out having a shopping day on the Olas Blvd strip. The ladies were super-helpful in helping us pick things out and which things look better than others, etc.. We were all giggling and having a great time. I really enjoyed shopping here and appreciated the employees help and fun. The store itself is a nice size and has a nice amount of options, and is also nice and bright. Great dressing room area with a big mirror to check out your wears. And a cute little seating area in middle for the husbands, or other shopping partners. I don't know what I'm doing helping pick out a dress. I'm pretty much colorblind and if there really were such a thing as the Fashion Police, I no doubt would have been locked up long ago. But anywho, there I was in Lilly Pulitzer on Las Olas. When I walked in with another Lilly (stage name and no relationship with the signature name of the store) by my side, we were both given the warmest of welcomes. I was sort of suspicious that they knew the Lilly that I was with was not exactly biologically the real thing as far as for womanhood is concerned, but she does her drag so well, most haven't a clue. Anyhow, we couldn't have been treated more politely or professionally and as for the store, it is a total knock out. It's boutique beautiful and the clothing is the absolute epitome of Florida design and colors. Though I have difficulty with colors, the colors in their clothing inventory were totally vibrant and beautiful with the design having a certain character of understated elegance. Overall Lilly Pulitzer is a women's clothing store I would highly recommend for its high quality, professionalism and top of the line colorful clothing. read more

What a shame the staff here is out to lunch while pretending to work! I tried to buy a pair of shorts and five salesgirls chatting with each other and laughing , so it was easier for me to leave the fitting room, half dressed and get the right size in a pair of shorts! Service was mediocre. Older lady with short blonde hair went through the motions, but did not follow-up and check in on me. While in the fitting room, I did however hear her telling another client how great she looked in whatever she was trying on. She did not ask me if everything was alright when I left the fitting room. i purchased 2 shirts at Lily Pulitzer at Boca raton Town Center and received a packaged scarf as a gift for each one. After wearing one of the shirts I decided to return the other one. I just got back from the mall. The manager told me I could only have a store credit if I didn't have the gift to return. There was nothing posted to that effect. The gift was a scarf I would never have taken if I had known. I asked the manager to override the "policy" since I had made a special trip to do that which she could have done. I work retail and we have had managers do that all the time. She wouldn't and told me getting nasty was not helping. I didn't want a store credit since i would never purchase anything there again. I went on Friday July 1st but was ignored. I went in planning on spending money because it was my birthday. They ignored me and I had to hunt someone down to see if what I was looking for was in store was in stock. However, they approached other people who walked in store and were helping people but there were associates not helping someone. They ruined my birthday experience, I was ignored. I was even wearing my own Lilly but I was a sweaty mess because the ac in my car went out on the way over. When I approached someone to ask about the romper I was looking for they finally showed me something similar and then when I said I was going to order the one online pushed me to order from them in store. You ignored me the whole visit, I'm not about to give you any credit for something I can order online. I wasn't feeling well and I had been diagnosed with tonsillitis in the morning and my throat hurt and my ac went out so I was hot and they way you treated me added to my misery. Your ignoring me ruined the birthday shopping experience I was looking for. I have money but you ignored me like I wasn't worth your time. Thanks for the awful experience. read more

I reached out to a crazy amount of Lilly Pulitzer stores to help me for my first year shopping the APS. Amanda had one of my items at her store (Delancey Sink or Swim L) and tracked down another piece at another store (Darlah Ruffle Dress Clawdia 12). She listed the prices, and waived the shipping cost, which I SO appreciated. She also let me know that my DISO (Elenora Multi Special Delivery L) was out of stock corporate wide. She was so, so nice and personable. She gave such excellent customer service, and I will definitely be reaching out to her in the future for any help! I can't wait for my clothes to get here!
