As much as I love my client, she asked me on a Wednesday before Mother's Day to send flowers for a birthday on Saturday (amidst what may have been the busiest Mother's Day in history). I was worried I'd find anyone who could accommodate such a request with such short notice during the busiest time of the year. Batt's was the first I called (because of their stellar reviews) and thank God I did!
