Well back October 14 I ordered the rockaway shoes from the Destin Store with…read moretheir store manager Kaye, I told her I needed them fast because I was going on a trip, I paid for 2 day shipping but my shoes didn't arrive, so a week and half went by and kept waiting for my shoes, nothing happened so I called customer service, the woman on the phone was NO HELP AT ALL, she told me there was nothing she could do and I had to call the store, so I did, I called and to my luck Kaye was the one on the phone, I told her the story, she was super nice and apologetic about it, she asked for 30 minutes for her to make some phone calls and look around other stores to see what was going on with my shoes, 30 went by and she was calling me back with the greatest news, my shoes were on hold because a mistake from the shipping company and sadly they were unavailable BUT awesome Kaye came to my rescue and she found them in a store in Texas and they were coming my way, that was Wednesday October 26 at noon, same Wednesday at 2:00 pm I got a call from the manager at the store in Texas, I think it was in Houston im not sure, wish I could remember her name to give her credit too, she was awesome and she was calling me to confirm that my shoes were on their way to me and right now is Friday October 28th, my shoes arrived 30 minutes ago, they are perfect, exactly what I wanted and I beyond happy and Grateful to Kaye and the other sister manager from Texas, every store in this country should have managers that care and go above and beyond for their customers and that are also super nice and kind. I selected 2 pairs of shoes for my son and was ready to check out when I noticed white wedges. I tried one shoe and asked associate to them me the other shoe; she got the shoe I was trying on and went to storage room to get the other shoe. When she came back she informed me that those shoes are no longer available and other associate is saving it for her friend... I am a customer here now and willing to buy it now, since I've been trying them on... she started arguing with me. When I said that it's unprofessional and I will complain she said she doesn't care and good luck with that. They all were laughing making me uncomfortable and humiliated! I was willing to spend over $200 and left without spending a dimes solely for mistreatment of customers at this store. Highly suggest Management to look into this matter.
