Upon booking my first session, Orlando gave me a quick call to discuss my areas of concern, and made suggestions as to what would be the best kind of massage for me. In addition to this, he understood exactly what my pain points were, where the soreness existed. At the time of the session, he remembered each and every one of my concerns and addressed them. He has an extremely therapeutic touch, and is very respectful of your personal space. The entire encounter is customized for the best experience possible. For example, at my most recent session, I let him know that all the tension and pain was centered around my traps and he spent 40 minutes kneading those knots out of my trap and I truly left feeling completely rejuvenated. The set up is also very cozy and comfortable. Warm table, warm hands and a warm personality - everything you need from a good massage therapy session! I absolutely CANNOT recommend Orlando and Tranquil Movements Massage enough - his moves are truly tranquil, bringing each client an immense amount of relief and peace!

I've been getting regular highlights for years and didn't want that look anymore. Showed pics of the look I wanted but the stylist talked me out of it saying my hair was too thin to freehand, the grey on the top of my head needed camouflaging, and it would take a lot longer to do. See model pic for the color I asked for. My own fault that I gave in, so now I have an all over my head color, not the color or the application I wanted but not horrible. The service took 3 hours. Lora the stylist was very nice and explained everything to me along the way. However, I do not like when stylists cut hair dry. When you do that hair gets everywhere, and you can't style the new cut because the hair is already dry. So, I couldn't tell what the cut really looked like because the hair was dried flat to my head. The next day I styled it myself and thankfully the cut was good. I will also say that I thought that $200 was high: $125 for highlights, $48 for cut, and $20 tacked on for shades (no idea what that is). I really liked the shop and think there may be other stylists there that can give me the color I want. So maybe I'll give it one more try. As for COVID precautions, the checkout was not contactless and some stylists don't wear masks.

I was finally able to find her again through Diva's Facebook page and I'm so glad. I booked a haircut and full highlight, wanting to go back to my natural color so my hair could continue to grow and be healthy. I didn't realize I should have booked for a color correction, but Michelle moved her clients around to give more time to do my hair. I would have been more than understanding to reschedule, but thankful she was able to fit me in! One of the other ladies was amazing as well running to the store to get more product for my hair. It doesn't look like a huge change, but this was removing box color from my hair so it could better match my roots and a treatment to prevent damage. I am also not a huge talker and shy during appointments like this, but it didn't feel awkward at all and I had a chance to just enjoy being pampered and relax. Overall, I'm so grateful Michelle and the ladies were so accommodating and understanding with me. There wasn't frustration even for a split second. I will continue coming back to Michelle and recommending Diva's to everyone!

A short time later, my husband surprised both me and my friend, who was visiting from Arizona, with massages there as well. We were so impressed that I signed up for a membership for myself and even purchased one for my friend in Arizona. Unfortunately, everything after that has been a disaster. For Father's Day, my sister purchased a gift card for my husband. Despite making four phone calls, she eventually learned that the gift card was never delivered because the staff had misspelled his email address. Frustrating, but we moved on. Today was the final straw. I logged into my account to schedule a massage only to find I wasn't listed as a member. When I called, I was initially told I didn't have a membership. After searching further, the employee discovered that my membership had somehow been created under my husband's email address and phone number instead of mine. As I calmly expressed my frustration over the repeated mistakes, the employee hung up on me. When I called back, I was repeatedly sent to voicemail. Eventually, the same employee answered and told me she was the only one there. I explained that I simply wanted to cancel my membership because of how I was being treated. Instead of helping me, she told me she'd "put me on the waiting list." Waiting list for what? I was trying to cancel. When I asked for her name, she told me it was "Anana." I explained that because of the way she treated me, they had lost a customer. She laughed at me... and then hung up on me a second time. Everyone makes mistakes. Accounts get entered incorrectly. Emails get misspelled. I can overlook those things. What I cannot overlook is being hung up on twice, laughed at, and treated with complete disrespect as a paying member. It's unfortunate because the massage therapists were wonderful, and my initial experiences were excellent. Sadly, one employee's behavior completely overshadowed all of that. I will be canceling my membership and taking my business elsewhere.
