I went with 3 friends and we all are middle age and have had mani pedis. Mine seemed like a nice guy, but new and he didn't even get the sand from under my toenail.The 2 other friends had scowling grumpy women for their pedis and they gave militant orders. My last friend had Chris and she had the Green Tea Pedi and it was excellent. I told the owner politely at the end that only 1 of the 3 of us had a decent pedi. She smiled and said ok. I'll start by saying, I am NOT a pedi expert. I can count on 2 hands how many I have had in my life. But this outing was prompted by my upcoming vacation, and the fact that I had promised them I would take them for pedicures if they helped prepare for the vacation. They did, so I was paying my debt. I did a few searches looking for any info on "kids" pedicures. I know that most salons will take kids, but I wanted a similar experience without quite all the adult bells and whistles...aka: cheaper. We kind of happened in here on purpose, hoping for the best. I decided they are 1) fairly newly opened, and 2) probably victims of the recent closing of Shaw's, as they are located in the same plaza, between Sally Beauty and JC Penney. I know that basic pedicures are $25 to $30. I was hoping for $25. We were greeted and seated immediately...there were only a few women having manicures. Several employees emerged from the back room to accommodate us. To my daughters delight, they had a Hello Kitty seat...shout out to the person who threw that in. My older daughter, still only 10 years old, got an adult chair, but once the pedi was underway, I realized they were getting the dumbed down version of the adult pedi. This was fine with me, and as I predicted, it was $10 less than the adult basic. My 10 year old was disappointed she didn't get all the stuff I got, but she did get some pretty little daisies on her toes. I was happy with that. There is a menu of services next to the chair, and my attendant tried to upsell me to the higher packages, like "jelly" and "pumice" etc. I just stuck with the $30 basic. While it was not the most orgasmic pedicure I've had, and I would've liked a little more soaking in the tub and a bit more of a leg massage, it was very nice still, and included a hot stone rub on my lower legs and a little heel soak of some kind of oily stuff. Also, to top it off, I got a shoulder rub and neck massage when I went to the drying table. So, thumbs up, and the kids $20 pedi's and my $30 one plus tip was what I was expecting to pay. Only wish I'd seen the impressive magazine selection before I sat down, but we were seated so quickly I missed out on that. Tips are cash only, and there is an ATM in the store. read more

Hit or miss depending who you get. Cherry does an amazing job and never disappoints for a pedi. Last time I went, I got Thomas because cherry was busy with another client and I didn't want to wait for cherry...(wish I did) Thomas seemed he didn't care enough to get the dead skin out of my toe nails and did not use the cuticle trimmer at all. He also didn't care about the 15 min foot rub because it seemed he wasn't applying any pressure at all. Now 4 weeks later I'm left with a terrible ingrown toenail that is so painful I had to make a doctors appointment to get removed.. would like to come back for a pedicure but scared to right now due to the ingrown toenail. read more

I have been here just once but wasn't impressed enough to to make another appearance. I had a pedicure and it was ok. My toes looked alright but the woman kept telling me I need this and need that when she should know that being rude and pushy cuts your tip in half. If you like good work don't go here. read more

Very friendly staff, clean salon, Johnny did a great job on gel pedicure. But only 3 stars because I got the Green Tea Bath for $69 - which is WAY TOO expensive for what you get: green tea mud slathered on your calves, then wrapped in plastic ("she was WRAPPED in PLASTIC" Twin Peaks reference). Other green slimy stuff on feet. Pretty effective callous remover, then another slimy gel on heels, which was wiped right off. The "hot stone massage" was a joke, but the steam was a nice touch. Still, I bet a regular pedicure is your best bet here. read more

I've been to a handful of local nail salons/spas and Lily is my favorite by far! Super friendly, accommodating staff and affordable services. Very clean and organized. A few big screen TVs are mounted on the walls. Bonus massage while your nails dry! I also utilize their waxing services (2 waxing rooms) and leave with perfect eyebrows every time. Especially love that I can walk in and not worry about making an appointment; an occasional 5-10 minute wait. Large facility with many chairs and plenty of staff. Credit cards accepted - cash tips only but ATM on-site. Rewards card for repeat customers! read more

I have to say the pedicures were amazing! We got the green tea pedicure for $49 a little pricey but definitely worth it. This was my second time going there for nails and both times I've been completely let down. Not sure of the guys name that works there but he cannot do good sculpted nails. This was my first time getting a manicure and pedicure here. I arrived at what i thought was early - maybe 9:35 am, and they were already busy. I didnt have to wait - the guy just told me to pick a color and off I went with Amy. I chose the green tea treatment for my pedi because I get really dry skin on my feet. The place is really clean, spotless even. Amy was very good - very attentive whenever I felt the foot massage was getting a little too much. Their prices are okay for the area, I guess - my mani was $12 for a basic, while the pedi was $49, $19 more than the basic. Money well spent if you to be pampered for 30 minutes or so. If there was one thing that I have to critique is that most of them do not speak English. I think there was only one lady that spoke English well enough to hold a conversation with you, and this was the lady that always greeted everyone that came in the door. But that is not going to stop me from coming back. read more

Thomas was excellent- I've been getting gel nails and have a reasonable fear of new salons with techs who might be over-zealous with the dremel tool. He was very gentle and extremely thorough. I have never been so disappointed in my life. Went to get my eyebrows waxed and specifically said to the woman working on me "I keep my eyebrows thick, I don't want a lot off, just a clean up." I'm not sure if there was a language barrier or she just didn't listen to me but she took so much off I couldn't believe it. My eyebrows were almost gone. Went to get gel acrylics and everything just felt rushed. The person that was doing my nails looked like they did NOT want to be there at all, and was going so fast that they couldn't even get the acrylic to glue to my nail. I asked for a short coffin shape and they gave me this weird looking rounded almond shape, and they were super long. Not only that but some of my nails were different lengths! I just had a horrible experience here. The water in the pedicure basin was cold , so my feet never got clean . I am an athlete I will have to have to soak my feet in hot water and scrub . Btw this is one of the more expensive shops. My technician was in a rush , He never quite removed the previous color ( a dark shade ) so my cuticles are still stained with the former dark color. Looks horrible . All dark colors around my neutral nail color. To make matters worse , he was sniffling the entire time while working on my feet . Mask was below his nose. The salon is clean and well kept; however, the skill level across services is low. Being local to this salon I tried to give it a chance on several occasions; however, when I look back on the worst overall manicure and pedicure I have experienced this salon has given me both. I still frequented for waxing service until today, when again they managed to garner the prize for the worst when the employee gave me a blood blister on my eye. I am generally concerned that this business may be allowing people without the legal and proper training to provide services and I will not set foot in the salon again. read more

I had the best mani-pedi ever here! The massage chair was amazing, then they put a heated shoulder wrap that drove me straight to heaven. They did an amazing job on a pair of feet that rarely see the light of day. The French manicure was lovely, though chipped in a few days, (as always). The staff was so nice. They stayed late to finish me up, which was wonderful. I bought a membership so I can take better care of my nails. Love it!!! read more

I have been to this salon for a pedicure, and I thought it was good. I recently went in for an acrylic nail fill and (after the service had begun) and just prior to the buff, i was told it would be an (additional $10.00) becuase my nails are long. Seriously??? First, my nails are not (overly long), yes, they are long, but not by inches or yards!! Second... $10.00... there is NO way they used an additional $10.00 worth of acrylic!! I wouldn't have minded an additional $2.00, but I thought $10.00 was outrageous! NO other nail salon has EVER charged me an additional fee for long nails. My daughter and I were at Lily's on 8/12, where we both had a manicure and pedicure. Neither of us was pleased. Some of the nails were not filed straight, and cuticles were not properly or sufficiently trimmed. My daughter's polish wasn't applied well and did not look like professionally applied polish. I chose different polish colors for my hands and feet, and I believe I was clear about them. However, the wrong color was applied to my fingernails. The services felt very rushed. It was a rainy day in a summer beach town and the salon was very busy. I felt like the goal was to rush as many people as possible through the salon that day. There was a sign at the nail drying table indicating tips must be paid in cash, and adding that a discount was possible if payment for the services was made in cash. When it was time for us to pay for our services, my daughter provided her credit card but was told that all payments must be made in cash. All in all, the visit was less than satisfactory and I won't return. read more
