RIP OFF I came in for a regular pedicure, 5 minutes later she was done with the pedicure! I know it's the basic one but I've gone to several other places who take at least 20-30 minutes for the pedicure. She rushed though mine and then proceeded to put on foam sandals and toe separators, after she finished with the pedicure the lady took me to the dry bar where there was a basket with used foam sandals and tow separators. I am positive that they are going to be reusing these! After she finished my pedicure she proceeded to work on my sisters pedicure. She used the same tools on my sister without sanitizing them!! Was in town, called and they said they accepted walk -in's. I waited 5 minutes and then was able to have my nails done. I had an acrylic fill with gel. They allow 2 colors without an extra charge. I paid $40. It's A tad bit on the pricey side but not terrible. Love the shape and color selection. read more

Wow really disappointed with how much this place has changed in a year. First off when I called to make an appointment the woman who answered the phone was very rude and short, sounding as if my phone call was an inconvenience to her. When I arrived I just wanted a basic manicure and the lady who greeted me aggressively tried to sell me on the idea of getting a gel manicure instead. I told her I wasn't interested but she wouldn't budge and kept insisting I get gel to the point where I felt very uncomfortable. When I finally said no, she was very visibly upset with me and went on to speak very sus-ly about me during my manicure. My manicure was decent, it felt very rushed and the massage was basically non existent. Overall I was extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. (Which is also disappointed since my last experience was so wonderful). read more

I was a little skeptical at first when I walked in since they seemed busy at first. I went in for a Mani/pedi, and I didn't have to wait too long to start my pedicure. The chairs are comfortable, and I love how they recline and also massage! They have about 4 different types of pedicures, and I opted for the $25 pedicure, which included parfarrin wax, massage, foot scrub, and file of my nails. After, I got my shellac manicure for $25. My manicure included a cuticle trim, file of my nails, lotion, and then the shellac. I was extremely pleased with both of my services, and thought that the price was reasonable. The salon is well-kept, clean, and there are HUNDREDS of colors to choose from for shellac, which I love! I plan on coming here all the time now! read more

I'm all about 5 star reviews and I came to this place because of the Yelp reviews. First time didn't disappoint. I left happy. So I came back. I wanted acrylic for some of my shorter nails on my toes. They wanted me to get the whole set but I didn't want to spend that much money, but they kept on persisting. I didn't give in but felt pressured. They were also pushing the shellac nail polish. Then I get my feet into the water and it's cold. I hope this gets better. read more

Went in for a pedicure, cuticles cut, abs a full set. Wanted painted on French on both my feet and hands. Requested and paid for an upgraded pedicure including the wax treatment. Normally after callouses are removed, a pumice sponge/stone is used to soften the area, then the wax treatment is done. Well that step was completely deleted. The corners of my nails were left super sharp abs only one coat of clear was applied. Never mind the actual painted French was inconsistent from toe to toe! During the pedicure she kept mentioning feting white tips instead of painted on French. I said no because in a couple of weeks when I get my fill, I will want red polish to go with a dress since I have a party to go to and in my experience (has my nails done for over 25 years until about two years ago), polish over colored tips just doesn't look consistent. She does my nails and the French is al over the place! Right hand and left hand looked as of from two completely different people. The length of the nails was also inconsistent. I told her the issue and she tried to fix it but was not able to. Finally I just said I would fix it myself at home and she snapped back if I did not tell her the problem she could not fix it. But I had already told her the problem and she, a supposed mail professional, did not know how to fix it! She stormed off. The owner/manager came and did the best she could to fix it. At that point I just wanted them to finish so I could pay and leave!! Needles to say, I will not be returning!! read more

STAY AWAY from this place! My friend and I had a pedicure. The two techs, one male and one female, were constantly talking to each other and laughing in a different language. It was very OBVIOUS that they were talking about my friend and I. My friend and I were extremely uncomfortable the entire time. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! They did not try very hard or do a good job with our pedicures and we were out within 20 minutes. read more

I came in for a shellac Pedicure and manicure but I only got a pedicure. I had been here before and it was great, but these past two visits it sucked. The same lady attended me, I think her name is Jessica, and the same lady cut me up both times. This time I just couldn't go through with my manicure. I left the place limping and no one cared. Still paid the $45 because I hate to get mad and ask for what's fair. Now my poor toe is in pain and bleeding. I just hope it doesn't turn into an infection. read more

I enjoy coming to this nail salon. They are typically a busy nail salon but despite how busy they get, they are always fast! I'm always in and out and the quality of work they do is great. I just started doing acrylics again and I love how natural they make them look as well as the wide variety of colors they have for shellac. The location is great too because I can get my nails done first and go shopping for groceries right after in the plaza. It doesn't matter who does your nails at this salon, either because all the nail techs are really good at what they do. This nail spa is also kept very clean and they use new tools each time you go. Worst nail salon ever ! Horrible experience. One of the employees was very rude he pulled on my feet just because I asked him to fix my French tip pedicure. The pedicure it self was so ugly and he didn't even take his time to do it correctly the first time. He then proceeded and had the audacity to yell at me that it looked fine and i would tell him that it didn't, and he would just continue yelling at me that it did. Place was relaxing, overall an ok experience but they put the wrong color of polish on my toes and they swore it was black, it was blue! LOVE THIS PLACE! Went on a day that was busy and 4 people were on vacation at the time. I went for a pedi and a full set with powder, I waited about 5 minutes before I got sat for the pedi. I like that they have multiple options for the pedicures (such as regular pedicure, spa with hot towel or with wax, deluxe, super deluxe etc). The girl that did my nails was great! We didn't talk much but she made sure my nails were similar to the reference pictures. The only reason this isn't getting 5 stars is because the girl next to me was getting a full set was not having a good time. Her nail tech was telling her that he couldn't do the reference picture because she showed him too late ( which is kind of understandable) and he couldn't find the polish she wanted and questioned why she wanted it anyway. Second they have the nastiest attitudes. i paid $40 for a pedicare and it already came off. my feet feel the same as they did before I walked in. I paid extra for to get extra stuff done and she was in a hurry and didn't work on them enough. Never going back. The customer service sucked as well. also a man worked on my friends feet. I am extremely pleased with my experience at Lily's Nails & Spa. Although it was an hour long wait, it was completely worth it! Some of the staff even waited after hours to make sure my nails were finished and exactly how I imagined them to be. I didn't catch her name, but the lady who did my nails was a perfectionist and corrected tiny mistakes she made that I hardly noticed. This was the first time ever getting my nails done. When I first walked in the ladies kinda looked at me like do you need something. I didn't know what to do and I started to try to talk to one of the ladies doing the nails and she said go talk to him. So then I went up to this guy and I said I had called earlier and he cut me off and said go wash your hands and then pick a color. I didn't even know where the sink was and like how to pick a color because I had never done my nails. I kind of stood there lost and he repeated his instructions again and then I asked like well where is the sink and there was some ladies there with there daughters who told me it was in the back. This one lady who was done getting her nails done helped me out and she didn't even work there. She was the only nice one. The people who did work there were rude as hell and I don't recommend anyone going there. They kind of act like you're wasting there time and just overall bad experience. I had also asked him to make my nails short and he didn't listen to me. He kept getting frustrated with me for not placing my hand right I'm not sure he just kept having to shake it up and down. At some point he did talk to one of the other ladies in the language they speak and obviously I couldn't understand and I knew that they were talking about me. It made me feel bad especially because it was my first time getting my nails done. Worse experience ever and I don't recommend anyone going there. And I don't even want to give them a rating because the don't deserve crap but this is the only way I can tell about my experience. read more
