I am only giving 2 stars because in the beginning Lilly came off very nice and attentive, however that all changed we were told many things that were not true and our credit report was pulled 3 times in the same day!? We were told our credit score dropped and we would have to wait for our loan because we needed a score of a min 640 for the no down payment program. I went to quicken loans a few days later and our score was way higher then what Lilly told us! We were also told these piggy back loans are very risky. so we are waiting to get our 5 percent down so we can go into our home without a FHA loan. So ultimately it will be a better option and a savings of fees to the government. Lilly is nice but didn't work well with our personal real estate agent she never returned his calls so it was extremely frustrating. I just recommend everyone doing their homework before jumping in. As the saying goes if it sounds to good to be true it probably is. read more
