    Update: (I'm adding 1 star for good measure) After my 4th message, A&E Floral contacted me with an…read moreapology email and refunded me in full. _______________________________________ Beware of BAIT and SWITCH for online orders. For the locals in Billing, MT or phone order customers where ever you are... stay away! This was extremely upsetting! Based on their beautiful photo's from their website, I placed an online order (from CA) to deliver a lush floral arrangement totaling $76.99, and I upgraded it to the "DELUXE" arrangement, which is $10.00 more expensive than the "Standard" arrangement, expecting to get a larger and fuller bouquet... instead, 2 wilted roses, a few carnations, some filler/greens in a small vase was delivered... I was bamboozled! I've called several times and left 2 messages requesting some kind of refund, and I have not heard back. I was expecting a beautiful, lush arrangement as shown on their website: (the Cotton Candy Bouquet): https://www.aandefloral.com/bouquet/cotton-candy/p_ef_t37-1a?skuId=EF_T37-1A&nav=clear ... Instead, an effortless and puny arrangement was sent. (See side by side photo attached). I was so embarrassed I had to apologize to my boss.. I made this order on behalf of my boss for his sisters birthday, I was mortified when I saw what she received.. it was SO embarrassing!! On average, a dozen roses is anywhere from $10.00 - 15.00 at a grocery store, but I'll give A&E the benefit of the doubt, as they are a professional floral company, right? With what should be quality flowers and a great presentation, and it should match the size and description of what they are selling online as their prototype. Right?! So granted, they will (and should) be more expensive, plus we are paying for the convenience of delivery too. I am happy to pay for quality and convenience, anytime. Sadly, however, this was not quality nor professional, and my taste and good judgement was in question. This was a classic bait and switch scam, shame on A&E Floral for sending a $9.99 grocery store quality arrangement like this. (No offense to grocery stores, you can guess where I'll be going next time). Stay away from A&E Floral!

I ordered a Peace Lily, as I wanted a living plant and a plant that had blooms. I understand the substitution policy, but the plant that was delivered was a nice plant, but not anything I would send to express my sympathy. I don't know the name of the plant, my sister sent me a photo. It's green but that's about it, no blooms to represent new birth and life. I was very disappointed in the substitution that was made.

Later that evening, I received an email stating they could not deliver the specific arrangement I selected because it was unavailable. They explicitly stated they could not proceed with the order without hearing back from me to confirm an alternative arrangement and date.From there, we played phone tag. I could never get ahold of them and was constantly placed on hold--even during a scheduled callback where you are not supposed to be put on hold. Because I could not reach a live agent, I attempted to cancel the order. My sister was being discharged on Monday or Tuesday, and I did not want to risk her missing the delivery. Despite my cancellation attempts, I kept receiving automated emails stating they would not take action until someone contacted me.Ultimately, Avas went ahead and delivered the arrangement on Wednesday--after my sister had already been discharged--and charged my account anyway. When I spoke with a customer service agent to resolve the issue, I got nowhere after 10 minutes of talking. I ended up filing a dispute through my credit card company to get a refund. I highly recommend avoiding this company. If you do use them, pray that nothing goes wrong with your order!
