I absolutely love Lily's. I see there are some negative reviews here, but my experience was quite the opposite. My gourd head - not even considering that UTA's graduation and Mother's Day are on the same weekend, waited until the absolute last minute to order my lovely wife flowers for her graduate school graduation. After calling the first few places that popped up on Google and finding them either unable to meet my request or closed down, I called Lily's. The young woman who answered the phone (a mere 3 days before I needed the flowers) was incredibly kind. She wasn't shy to allow me to talk about budget directly. I started by saying, "I need an arrangement that will be featured at our after-party, as well as a bouquet that I can give her the day of at the ceremony. She verified that I wanted blue and orange with white accents for UTA, and I certainly did. I told her then that I was thinking, total, about $100 - $120. When I arrived to pick them up I was blown away! They exceed my expectations exponentially. The $30 bouquet was much more beautiful than a $50 arrangement at your local department store, and the tabletop arrangement was perfect (see photos). The play between the blue, orange and white were exactly what I was seeking. At the ceremony I received compliments just holding them, and strangers were asking me where they could get them for their grads. My bouquet, much larger and more vibrant than what they sold at the ceremony for more money, really stole the show. When I need an arrangement I will absolutely visit Lily's again. (side note - I did pickup, so I can't speak to delivery). read more

POOR POOR service. I ordered flowers for my wife. No occasions were present that would have backed up the order. I specified she leaves at 3PM and I wanted the flowers there before 3PM and preferably in the AM since I booked the day before. All day no its 230 now and still out for delivery. I cannot get a customer service person to answer the phone or respond in Chat. DONT USE LILY's Florist get a local florist. read more

Thomas was fantastic. I called instead of ordering on line because I had a special request. I needed an arrangement for a vet's funeral. Thomas is a vet himself & he went above & beyond in helping me. Everyone at the funeral was extremely impressed with the arrangement, especially the family, as was I. order for a very special little girl's birthday. The day of at 6pm- I reached out due to there had been no mention of the recipient receiving the flowers. At this point, I tried to reach out to the company to get an ETA. After three messages I finally received an email back stating so sorry there has been some unforeseen events that we won't be delivering your items today. We can do it tomorrow. I was very upset and at 7 o'clock at night had to scramble to have somebody in the area go pick something up and deliver for me. Even after my email to cancel the order. The only response I even received was OK sorry-it's been canceled. Terrible customer service! read more

Never use Lily's Florist in Corpus Christi or any other city (they probably advertise as a local florist in other cities). They are a joke and send you flowers that are dead within 24 hours despite following directions to preserve. They aren't even located in the city they claim and lie to you when you ask if they are local. I ordered my mother an arrangement for her 88th birthday and what an embarrassment! I sent them pictures as requested and they said "well, that was taken 3 days after delivery" which is when I sent pics that were taken one day after delivery by my sister. They had the nerve to say " you ordered the small one" which was almost $100 after all the bogus charges; so I guess you get dead flowers if you don't spend over $100? Just want to warn anyone who orders flowers do NOT use them. Please share with your locals! read more

I placed an order for delivery the day before they needed to be delivered. I got an email for delivery confirmation and asked my friend about it. They were never delivered. I called to ask about it and was told the delivery driver would call me, never got a call. I sent an email about it and they told me that they were dropped off at the front door. They were NOT. They are unwilling to help me at all. VERY FRUSTRATING. read more

Also received poor customer service, I called the day before to ask for the time frame and the guy was rude from the little bit I could comprehend. I ordered a bouquet online to be delivered. When I did call and have a question the woman who answered the phone was very polite and understanding. When ordering online you don't get a time frame of when the flowers where being delivered so I called and asked if there was a window she let me know right away and the flowers where delivered in that window. Also the arrangement was very beautiful and better than I could've imagined! I loved it and if I need flowers again will definitely go back. read more

I ordered flowers 2 days before my 20th wedding anniversary and the day is practically over - no flowers! If you are looking for certainty of delivery on a specific day, this is not the florist for you! Also, customer service is hit or miss depending on which call center person you are talking to. Some are super nice, and others are clearly in the wrong business. I will not be doing using this florist again. read more

The flowers from Lily's Florist are just so amazing it would be wrong of me not to review. My boyfriend has sent me flowers twice to my job from this florist and the flowers are absolutely gorgeous and fresh! The first time was for my birthday, 3 dozens of red beautiful roses! I had so many people stop by my desk to see such beautiful arrangement. The second time was recently for our anniversary, it was the most stunning arrangement of lilies I've seen. The smell was incredible! It was just gorgeous! And again I had people in the office come to my desk just to admire such a beautiful arrangement! The flowers lasted about 5 days so I was glad to enjoy my flowers for those days :) Definitely very happy with the florist he picked! read more

My husband recently passed away and I ordered a standing red, white, and blue wreath for the viewing and funeral. He was a veteran and was buried in the Dallas National Cemetery. I called in an order for an arrangement for a FUNERAL. I thought an experienced floral business with good reviews would do a nice job. Unfortunately, I was incredibly disappointed and embarrassed by what was delivered. With taxes and delivery fee, I paid a total of $70.20 for a "dish" garden. Lily's Florist delivered a tiny picnic basket with plants in it. A picnic basket is completely inappropriate for a funeral and it was slightly larger than a box of Kleenex. I expressed my disappointment in an email but received no response. read more

I am discussed with this florist. I needed to order flowers for a funeral. I looked for a company with good reviews so I called Lily's and was told that because it was Valentine's weekend they could not do funeral flowers. How totally wrong is this you know the person who died could have been my or someone elses Valentine. How insensitive could this policy be at a tme of loss.
