Recently had a pedicure at Lily's Nails, with Adam. I showed him a picture of what I wanted painted on my big toes and he not only delivered, but my toes turned out better than the picture I showed him. He not only gives an amazing pedicure, but had a great sense of humor as well:)

Adam did a Wonderful job!! Not only an amazing massage and pedicure but I asked for a dragon fly and the detail work he hand painted was awesome! I'll definitely be back next month.

I always have the best time at Lily's Nails. I see Tina and everytime she does a fantastic job. Not only is she super sweet, but she has amazing skills. I always love how I show her what I want and it matches. Also the girls at the front (especially Revy) are the sweetest.

I came in to get my toes done and i got cat eye nails. where they use the magnet to give a special effect. i had to go back the next day because i had polish not put in certain spots. i got no apology but on top of that the owner lily did my toes personally and she didn't even use the magnet. it looked like JUST sparkles. i spent an extra $10 alone and $15 for gel $60 total and am not happy. i'm not one to complain but i have a wedding out of state and wanted them done NICE before i left. on top of that i live out of town and told them that and had to drive all the way back to chico and again no apology read more

I think I just found the one, and by that, I mean my new favorite nail salon. Lily's Nails is everything you could want: clean, welcoming, and filled with the kind of nail artists who genuinely care about making you look and feel amazing. Hannah was my nail artist, and she worked magic on my hands. She didn't even judge me for coming in with a tragic, broken set that looked like I had been clawing my way out of the underworld. She took her time, made sure everything was perfect, and now I can't stop staring at my nails like I'm about to be cast in a hand soap commercial. Kaila, the manager, was just as wonderful, so warm and welcoming, I felt like I was part of the Lily's Nails family within five minutes of walking in. If they offered me a little nail station in the back to live in, I'd probably consider it. Highly recommend this place! I have had Kevin as my nail tech for the last couple of visits. He is amazing , and does beautiful nails. I alway leave happy and with pretty nails!! I splurged and had him do a pedicure and he did such a great job with my messed up feet:-) I feel pretty again. So if you want a great tech I definitely recommend Kevin at LILYS nails. read more

Better service. Nail tech was very insistent that I needed gel polish on my toes. Argued with me when I said no I don't like gel polish. And then only did half a job. The stones were cold, didn't let my feet soak in the hot wax which 'cool', the water in the tub was cold and she didn't trim my cuticles. Crappy job. Will NEVER go back there again. Place was empty and the first chair they sat me in was broken. When I showed her, the whole seat part fell off, she acted as though I did it. read more

Hi! I'm making this review to hopefully help a few girls out maybe. I got a pedicure here and it was... not the best lol.. my heels literally still had cracks in it and dirty from my sandals when I left like she didn't really try too hard, and didn't even rub my feet at all! lol also if you use the mermaid gel polish it's 20$! Just to paint them! Did you know you can get the entire bottle from Walmart.com for 10$ (6$ rn on sale!) all the dnd colors! Amaze! I mean that mark up is insane lol and for yall to not even complete the pedicure is wild! They also removed the tip % service on the iPad when you pay. (I liked that) I also got a manicure and didn't like it at all and went home and changed it all with my dremel lmao what a nightmare, they are nice people though, or try and be! Very smiley. But boy... I think it's all about profit here unfortunately, which I get. It's a business. But also sheesh girl I gotta wear this for a vacay soon grrr lol read more

What I asked for vs. what I got. If YOU couldn't do it, just tell me from the start.... During the process she said she couldn't get the shape right because she needed them to be longer (they are plenty long)... the color you see is just acrylic and a "shimmer?", she did not do the cateye. I trusted she was a professional. I cried when I got in my car. Hadn't had my nails done in years due to work, just dremeled them off. $75 down the drain. read more

After enduring painful cuts and receiving awful service, I decided to leave a review outlining my experience. The front desk called me to discuss my feedback. The staff member I spoke with seemed genuinely shocked by what I had gone through and acknowledged that the behavior I encountered was not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable. She assured me that I could receive a refund and promised that Lily would follow up with me shortly. However, just five minutes later, I received a call from Lily that left me even more frustrated. Rather than addressing my concerns, she downplayed my pain and refused to issue a refund for the $120 I had spent--an excessively high amount for the service I received. Instead of acknowledging the severity of my experience, she offered me a gift certificate for a redo, despite my clear and repeated insistence that I never wanted to set foot in their salon again. Lily assured me she would speak to the owner about my situation and promised to call me back later. I waited three hours, but when I called back, I discovered that she had not discussed my concerns with the owner at all. It was disheartening to realize that my feedback was not being taken seriously, simply because they didn't want to refund me. I reiterated to her how painful and distressing my experience had been, highlighting the potential health risks I faced due to the use of dirty tools. I expressed my concerns about possible infections and the overall lack of hygiene standards. Instead of engaging with my concerns, Lily hung up on me. The level of disrespect and disregard for customer experiences at this salon is simply unacceptable. I cannot stress this enough: I would strongly advise anyone considering this salon to look elsewhere. My experience was not just disappointing; it was appalling, and I would never recommend this establishment to anyone. They clearly do not value their customers or take accountability for their services, and I deeply regret choosing to go there. read more

Lily is my Nail tech. She has done my nails for years, she is quick and efficient does excellent work there is no lifting of the nails, they stay intact &that is especially important cause I'am very hard on my nails at work. Her newly remodeled & located salon (in the same shopping center) Is the biggest, most elegant salon in town. Her large staff of nail techs and pedicure techs, take walk-ins anytime there is never a wait. Everyone does excellent work. They now offer pedicures for children, they have a cute little area with pedicure chairs which has butterfly wing backs it's very cute your children will love it as you're getting yourself beautified! Lilys also offer eyelash extensions, Lilly's daughter Vivian is the eyelash technician she does excellent work, any thickness length of eyelashes you desire she can apply. I would say this is the #1 Salon in Chico! Go check it out it is very beautiful inside they have lots of high-tech devices. Every time I go and get my nails done I see something new. I was going to do a review the day of my visit and I got busy as I was leaving. Days later I'm still really happy with my nails I had done by Hannah (really sweet). I went in said I'm not a nail girl usually do to my job, but I had a special occasion for the weekend. She recommended instead of just a manicure to do the gel polish nothing fake trim my own nails and clean them up. Well that was thursday. Today Tuesday they still look really nice. They have kept up two days of really hard work. Plus looked great this last weekend everyone complemented. Oh and my Lil one had her nails done and felt special like mom. Really nice staff, great quality. Now I know I can have nice nails I plan to go back in a few weeks. Hope this help those who are like myself who thinks nice nails can't be ours with our jobs. PS I went to a competitor 6 months ago whose manicure only last 2 days, why did they not inform me of gel polish? read more

I recently visited Lily's Nail and Spa for a pedicure with a friend, and while I was there, I asked if they offered nose waxing. The front desk woman came over, and when I confirmed that I wanted the service, her reaction was puzzling--she looked confused, almost annoyed. Even my friend was taken aback by her demeanor. Despite the odd interaction, I was taken to the back for the wax. Unfortunately, the results were far from satisfactory. My nose looks like it was burned, and there's still wax left in my nostrils. It honestly looks like I've snorted fire, but rest assured, it's just a result of someone who clearly didn't know what they were doing. I'm incredibly disappointed with the service and the outcome. This was not the experience I expected from a professional spa, and I won't be returning. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their services to avoid others having a similar experience. read more

I went in for a straight forward Mani Pedi with gel. The color I had picked off the board did not match the corresponding bottle but my nail tech Tammy did not stop until we found a color I was looking for! She was so kind, with great attention to detail and she genuinely seemed happy to be working here. I loved her! The facility was also very clean and calming. The footbath had a plastic lining that is tossed after every use which is so comforting and a great way to keep everything clean. I was offered refreshments and during my pedicure and during the mani there was a wonderful calming waterfall in the back. I would go back to Lily's no questions asked! read more

Ive been a dedicated client of Lilys for 2 yrs now. Lily is amazing and does a beautiful job on my nails every time. If Im not sure what color or what I would like done next, I feel very confident and secure in letting her go to work and choose what to do. Shes fun and very creative. She has the best team beside her and I never leave disappointed. I wont go anywhere else and if theyre busy its definately worth the wait. The atmosphere is always calm and relaxing. Lily's Nails is one of my favorite places to go in Chico because they ALWAYS get me in when they say they will. If there is one thing I can't stand it's when I call ahead of time, make an appointment, and then show up on time only to wait for an hour+. Lily's doesn't favor walk-ins over appointments and that's highly respected in my books. Not only that but the staff is very friendly, and they always make me feel welcomed when I visit them. I always recommend them to my friends because of these reasons and many more. read more

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR TIPS WITH RECEPTIONIST THEY POCKET THEM! I love the stylists at Lily's and they all do incredible work, they are very talented. The receptionists and the owner lily get worse and worse after every visit. Checking out I handed the receptionist a $20 bill as a tip for my nails. I forgot my keys and came back inside just to find the $20 to be in the tip cup on her desk. Very disheartening and disrespectful to the hard working nail stylists at Lily's. I've tried a few nail salons since moving to town and this one is BY FAR the best I've been to. Helen did my pedicure and full set. She was gentle and caring and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Plus, look at these nails! 100% going back. P.s. the photo does no justice. Got compliments on them before I ever left the place and still to today! (Been almost a week and they are on strong. No lifting!) read more

If you are looking to get any kind of design, PLEASE go to Maily! She does a perfect job every time I go and see her. It's amazing how she does better than the reference photos I give her! I get so excited when I book an appointment with Maily because she is so sweet, attentive to detail, and a great artist. I will go nowhere else but Lily's and with Maily. lillys has been my nail salon for a couple months now. i always book appointments with maily because since i've had her as my nail tech i never have any complaints. she's a sweetheart and takes her time to make sure your nails look just how you want them to. she does so many different designs that most nail techs can't do, that's why i love her ! as long as she's at lilly's i will always book with her. read more

I always have the best service when I come to Lily's! I have been going to Bao for my acrylic nails and Han did an amazing pedicure yesterday. Always great work and consistent. I always call in to schedule and they take me same day or the next day I schedule. Fast service and great customer service! I have been coming to Lily's since I was 14 and got my first manicure. They always last for 2-3 weeks.. the employees are helpful always ready to help you with a smile on theor faces!! a great place to have a girls day cause they have wine or to bring your young daughter.. Every time I come here to Lily's nails the whole staff is so accommodating, they are very professional and kind. I've had my nails done by Lily and David and I loved them every time. I had my pedicure done by Hanna & all I can say is hands down it was the best pedicure I've ever had. I highly recommend Lily's nails you won't be disappointed. read more

I have been going to Lily's Nails for about 5 years and I won't go any where else. They do the best work in Chico for a reasonable price. I tell all my friends and people that comment on how nice my nails look to go there. There clean, fast, friendly the most beautiful designs in Chico. feel like I'm at home there. I had my first visit to Lily's today. Bruce was my nail tech, and he was absolutely amazing! Best nail experience I've had in chico. Great prices, and their recommendations are on point. The entire staff is professional, and kind. They provided their clients bottles of water, which I've never had at a salon. Love them! read more

After trying many different nail salons in Paradise and Chico, I have finally found the best. Lily did a wonderful job on my pink and white nails. The staff there were all so friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I will definitely be back and recommend Lily's nails to anyone needing their nails or toes done! read more
