It was my first time getting my nails done here due to my friend recommending this place and let me just say the staff seemed nice I was greeted when I walked in but my nail lady was almost an hour late. Not only that but when she got there she didn't even apologize for being late and then while she did my nails the whole time she was just on her cell phone talking about nothing and everything. I felt like I didn't get all her attention to my nails bc they came out looking pretty much ugly and nothing really close to what I wanted but I didn't say much bc the boss already accommodated me by taking $$ off the nail service and on top of that I felt maybe she knew she wasn't getting a tip so she could care less how my nails were gonna come out. Lol but it's the holiday season I kept a decent attitude on the whole time and thanked her. I will not be returning to Malaysia again. I wouldn't recommend her either and I hope she was just having a bad day bc her service was just horrible as well. I'd like to give another lady in that salon a chance one day but as of right now I can get better service somewhere else and less expensive too. I was suppose to get charged $70 for a fill? Lima beauty lounge has taken my natural nails and transformed them into beautiful works of art time and time again. I'm very picky about they way the foundation is applied down to the way they are painted, and I feel like this salon never fails to amaze me. So miss Emily has since left this wonderful establishment. But I have my new nail tech in Mariana. She is a up and coming nail artist! And she is wonderful. Most days when I come in I have no idea what I want but she is quick to offer suggestions and works with my style. If I can't set an appointment she is helpful to do it for me. And on the occasions she is booked if I asked she will let me know if there is a cancellation and will fit me in. That's nail love . My biggest tip though is if you have a special occasion BOOK IN ADVANCE. Seriously these ladies are normally completely booked a week to a month out depending on your tech you choose. Made an appointment last Saturday for a nail Fix/ color change because the last salon didn't do that great of a job. Absolutely IN LOVE with this set done by Emely!! Elizabeth is beyond considerate to the environment with me being a black girl once I came in they were listening to Latin music and once I came in and got comfortable she turned on music that was in English everyone started speaking only English it made me very comfortable!! She is so unprofessional; as a first time customer she never gave me a heads up on a cancellation fee and when your are trying to get clientele she should have forgave the misunderstanding of communication, but no instead she thinks it's okay to demand a cancellation fee.
