I decided to give this establishment a try because it was near my resident. I normally would drive to Tracy. I have been going to Top Ten Nail on Pavillion Parkway for years. But because of the car trouble I have been having the last few months. I decided I didn't want to risk driving on the freeway. So, I found Pro Nail of Pacific Avenue in Stockton near Miracle Mile by going through reviews. So I make an appointment with Tina. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by Tina. She immediately acknowledged my arrival. The place was quiet with softed music playing in the background. The place was well kept in appearances. She proceeded by suggestion pedicure colors and ideas. I watched for her instructions. She explained things she was completing. She took her time with each steps. In the end I was satisfied with the finishing results. Tina excellent skills on how to make a first time customer welcome at the establishment was superb and I will be returning back. I have been coming here for a little over three months now and when I tell you, I will not go anywhere else, I truly mean. Tina, the manager is so friendly and really good at what she does. Every time I show her what I want, she does it effortlessly and makes it look so nice. The other girls there, like Holly, are really really good too. Holly is very good with nail art and takes the time to make sure you get what you want. Not only is this the best shop I've been to in Stockton, it also has the best prices. I have gotten pedicures and gel nails, regular acrylic nails and I've been happy with all of the results. I highly recommend their services. The inside is so pretty and I love the way it looks. I've been looking for a new nail place since my former one closed down and I'm very happy I checked these guys out! I have literally driven by this shop thousands of times but since the front is so small, you kind of don't notice it. Located on the Miracle Mile in the same block as the Stockton Royal they are tucked in between a hair salon and the comic book store. There isn't a lot of street parking but there is a small lot in back and you can access the shop from the back door. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean the shop was which is important to me when you're providing a service like this. Big plus to me. I was there for 3:30 appointment and the girl was ready for me right on schedule. I chose a #2 pedi for $45 which is a bit more than what I'm used to paying but oh so worth it. I also liked that when I chose which level I wanted, she wasn't pushy and didn't try to upsell me like most other places do. The pedicure was awesome and the hot stone massage was divine. I am new to the area and I am happy to say I've found my go-to nail shop when I feel like pampering myself. I did not have an appointment, just showed up with my fingers crossed for a pedicure & full acrylic set. My pedicure was first and very relaxing! I got the #1 pedicure that included the basics + sea salt scrub and hot stone massage. My tech, unfortunately I didn't ask for her name, was so kind and thorough. Tina did my full set! She was amazing. My nails have been thrashed from attempting to do my own nails with drug store kits and press-ons. She was gentle on my natural nails and even cleaned up my cuticles. I usually get just solid color but it's my birthday weekend and I wanted to try something new. I brought a photo and we collaborated on shaking it up. I normally don't write reviews, but because of the service I received from this fluck visit to this nail shop I decided it was worth a 5 star review. On May 4, 2013 attending a UOP graduation coming from out of town, I decided to get my nails done with a 2 hour break from graduation to reception. Looked up a nail salon on my navigatiton. Came across Pro Nails. Walked in to this quaint establishment and was welcomed with a quick acknowledgement and seating in a spa chair. I was giving a menu with services and prices, which I thought was a great business touch as I am a visual person. I picked my service which was the $30 manicure not really knowing what to expect but from the description on the menu it sound inticing. I found my self in manicure heaven. They really gave me my $30 dollars worth, leg message, hot rocks, warm towels, lavendar scents. It was incredably relaxing. It made me rethink going to get manicures again. At my normal nail place far away they dont have this level of care for the customer it's always a rush. But not here they take there time with every client I saw in there and I could appreciate it. Gel fill and Pedicure Came in on a Wednesday morning. 4 technicians are here along with one client. Great. No wait. Even though it really shouldnt be, its a weekday morning lol. Im instantly seated in a pedicure chair. My pedicure was nice. She was thorough. The scrubbing with the pumice was minimal but the massage was amazing. She hit points that were making me melt inside. My Gel fill was done by Un. She was so welcoming. Her conversation was very engaging. I learned alot about her and her family today. She was hella good with my fill. The people here were nice but the service and quality of nails could be better. I got a pedicure and full set. The pedicure was great but they didn't even give me slippers until after they made me walk around the shop barefoot. To be clear I got a pedicure BEFORE my full set, after it was done they had me walk to the station BAREFOOT. It wasn't until I had to go wash my hands during my set that they thought to give me slippers. Also my set is horrible. It looks good from the top but from the sides the shaping is atrocious. I had a terrible first experience. I showed up at 3 as a walk in for a pedicure. I waited about 20 min which was fine. Finally I already have my feet in the water bowl and they are removing my old nail polish when someone else walks in who apparently had a nail appointment. My nail tech just gets up and leaves. Someone else just asked if I could wait 20 min which i couldn't my mom was already half way done and we had somewhere to be after. I found it very rude how my nail tech was already doing ny service and just left. Will not be coming back here. Also my moms nails weren't nice at all another nail tech had to go fix them. My mom did not even complain I guess the nail tech noticed on her own how horribly done they were. It would've been fine had them told me they had no time for me. But to start my service and just flat out leave was unacceptable. read more

I got my nails done here a couple months ago. It was a very welcoming walk in and everyone was wearing their masks. There was no wait time since I called ahead and asked for the next available nail tech. I asked for the classic coffin shape and pinkish color. The nail tech was very gentle with my hands and nails and I could tell she was putting in her best effort to do my desired look. She was also very nice and made effort to talk to me unlike other salons I've been to. Refused to do red nails with black tips and 2 yellow dots on the big toe so it looks like Mickey mouse unless I got gel because "the design will look better" I said 10 times I don't want gel because I don't get to the salon as much as I should & want to be able to take it off at home. So I said ok just red with black tips. She still refused. So then I said ok just red. So at the end after all that she asked if I wanted white tips. I said no thanks & was thinking you can do white but not black? Then she left me there over 10 minutes & started someone else without putting my sandals on me.
