I came here for the Emsculpt neo and Endospheres treatments. I am very impressed with my results. After kids, my lower stomach pooch never really went away despite healthy eating habits and an active lifestyle. I wanted to try something that didn't involve surgery. I noticed after two sessions of Emsculpt that after eating, my stomach didn't seem to stick out as much. Before, I would have the smallest snack and I felt my lower stomach would just stick out. In my photo, on the left was my before and it was in the morning and I hadn't eaten anything. I am a 40-year-old African American female. I am getting EndoSpheres at Lima Bodylab. I had 7 out of 12 treatments. Olga (the one giving me the treatment) is professional, nice, and knowledgeable about what is needed to treat problem areas. My body is softer, and the appearance of cellulite is improving. After every treatment, I feel relaxed. An extra benefit that I was not looking for is that I had a knee injury that has caused pain on and off over the years. Since I have been having this treatment, which feels really good around my knee, my knee has not hurt. I think it is because this treatment also improves blood flow, which is needed for healing. I appreciate that Olga is very attuned to what I need in the moment. We have really great conversations, but then I get so relaxed by treatment, and she knows how to go with the flow and not converse if I am relaxing. I've always been very skeptical of these beautifying machines that supposedly help reduce cellulite, fat, loose skin, etc., but let me tell you guys, Endosphere has given me back the confidence to wear short shorts, again! I found this place via IG and was very interested in a manual lymphatic massage to find something better that this business offered which is like a mechanical lymphatic massage called endopheres. I wanted to reduce appearance of cellulite, increase muscle tone and sleep better and this type of massage has helped with all three. In my family we have circulation as well issues which endopheres helped with too. It takes 12-16-or mores sessions to see results but to me totally worth it. I bought a package of 18. It's non invasive, relaxing and almost feel like you had a good workout the next day. I have completed my package and will continue to get endopheres done at least once a Month for maintenance bc I want to maintain the results and again helps with circulation. Also there is Cryo- which had amazing results from where I started. Helps burn stubborn fat. So if you can do combo of both you will achieve your goal of toner looking skin and feel healthier. I'm so glad I found Lilya and her team. I drive 30 minutes plus to do Endo or cryo and with price of gas you know it has to be worth my time and money. .
